Is it weird to blame China with the antibiotic argument? Can't Germany find other countries to buy or stock in advance? You should always be prepared for the unexpected, right? For example, Germany Siemens occupies a dominant position in the medical industry, if there is a medical accident somewhere in China needs Siemens products, but can not buy or stock, should I blame Germany?

@@charleswomack2166 India gets precursors for medications from China, so that’s not an option. We’re in the same boat here in the U.S.A., and yes, obviously we still have drug companies that make medications, but they don’t want to make all medication. There’s not a lot of money to be made in selling, or manufacturing, drugs like antibiotics, or some pain relievers. We’re currently having huge shortages of insulin, but that’s manufactured here in our country. The shortages are caused because of Bill Gates, and his fake, lab meat companies. They use so much insulin to make the fake meat, I guess they don’t care if people d*e while they’re making, and testing it. Then again, Gates is part of that d**th cult, so of course he doesn’t care…

In a simple sentence, in the context of economic globalization, China has defeated the United States with "high human rights", "low welfare", and "strong independent unions" by leveraging the "advantages" of "low human rights", "negative welfare", and "no independent unions" under authoritarian dictatorship. This has led to the phenomenon of "bad currency driving out good currency" in the context of economic globalization
So the fundamental solution to the problem is that the United States and Western countries must exert pressure and supervise the Chinese government to improve the human rights and welfare protection of migrant workers who are Chinese farmers. Otherwise, it will affect the rights and interests of workers in the United States and Western countries
Russia is a friend of the CCP and an enemy of the Chinese people; The United States and the West are friends of the Chinese people and enemies of the CCP

There is a contractual set of rules, trade relations with rules that everyone has to abide by.
So everyone is dependent on everyone else, and that's a good thing.
This is precisely why relations work worldwide, as long as the West does not unfairly shape the agreements to the detriment of weaker countries, which has unfortunately happened in the past.

Not with our current mindset. To be a global power, like England or Germany who are leaders in sports, manufacturing and high tech we need a major shift in our thinking. We need to agree (both NPP and NDC) to put the nation first instead of our short term agenda, that will mean some sacrifices from us the citizens, like higher taxes, more political engagement through peaceful demonstrations, boycotting cheap political tactics to name a few. No one will take us serious if we keep letting everyone take us for granted, especially our political elites who to be frank are mostly clueless on important issues and the way forward. To be become like Germany or ENgland or France is certainly attainable , in terms of population we need to grow 3x, natural resources (we probably have more), human resources (we need to prioritise this and improve education and especially technical training, attract diasporans too), enabling environments for businesses to thrive (tax exemptions for capital intensive businesses in the years until profitability, no shady tax collectors harassing businesses, police only looking out for themselves).

Firstly, direct investments accounted for by far the largest share of German foreign assets in China in 2021, at almost 73%.
The remaining 27 percent was accounted for by securities and other investments.
Secondly, more than 96% of the total primary income of EUR 15.6 billion that flowed from China to Germany in 2021 came from direct investments. These inflows were almost exclusively income from equity capital invested in China - interest income, which is also counted as direct investment income in the statistics, was marginal.
In turn, income from equity capital in recent years consisted mainly of distributed profits (chart):
Of the €15 billion in profits that German companies generated with their equity capital in China in 2021, they distributed €8 billion to their shareholders in Germany - for example in the form of dividends.
This means that direct investments in China are proving to be more lucrative than average for Germany, as the share of corporate capital invested in China, most recently EUR 114 billion, accounts for just over 7 percent of all German direct investments abroad.

oh man, so many uneducated views expressed in this comment section... humanity is lost, but not necessarily because of some "greedy western countries". rather because utter stupidity when in comes to criticising capitalism. or capitalist economic strategies, like, for example, the pr china built it's massive economy on. as of today, if you buy an item in any of the countries classified as developed or developing, which are pretty much all of them except for roughly 40, chances are high you're contributing to exploitation of either human workforces or natural resources.
anyway... when looking at imports, china is the leading trade partner to some 100 nations. its probably among the top 5 worldwide. without cheap chinese products, all these - mostly still emerging - nations wouldn't be where they are right now. so why y'all blaming the west for producing in cheaper chinese facilities, when y'all benefit from the very infrastructure which grew from this western money? there is no logic. thus, there is no hope for humanity

    How far would you agree?
China = a sort of Roman Empire in modern world
Europe = a post Roman Empire, but their democratic-globalistic-kapatalistic-individualistic partly difficult to be regulated development can easily be underminded by the strategic expansive Dragon with one person that is clever on the top, and uses 3 components
1 development and protection (bely regulation and control, more surveillance, staying on the top as the ruler)
2 expansion and relationships (belt and road initiative, minerals..)
3 allies in military (Russia, North Korea)
I am aware that the roman empire is not an adequate comparison but i choosed it, I could also use Napoleon, the great Alexander, or any Emperor to keep in mind
Politics is not just business but also can be making a country strong, bigger or even making it becoming the strongest!
    Whats your opinion???
