If you've poured your entire account into a red nurses dress or a some rags then you need to reevaluate your life. Why would you even want to run around in a nurses dress anyways?
Im a RM trader and we are making alot of money on legendary mods as of now, The RMT market allways finds a way to survive as money is a great motivator

I really enjoyed the part of hunting for rare apparel, the tfj and red dress (one I had and traded it for some other item(s) in game one was given to me). The tfj has been eluding me until I was given one, to date not been able to get tfj as a reward. I do not spend countless hours hunting for them (probably spend more hours hunting for a pet I want to tame then apparel), but sometimes when it's quiet in game I go on a hunt. I currently have multiples of yellow, forest, pink etc. but have been unlucky with the other rare outfits.
If even some of these ideas come into the live game, that certainly will keep people grinding caravans for awhile. Do I think the ultra rare apparel will make it in this time? Only time will tell, but even if they do not add them. The script, modules and bullion might be enough to keep some players involved. It certainly will make us have a use for supplies once we finish upgrading everyone.
I love how everyone is talking about clothes and apparels but if you roam the wasteland all you can see are fancy lvl 500 people wearing clownish masks and absolutely ugly apparels.
There's no mention of the normal leather coat. I wonder if bethesda just forgot about it? If it's intentional, then it will become the rarest apparel in the game.
I hope they adjust the forest rare clothing to include the responder police outfit and hat. I have been trying to get the hat for that one for years. I have gotten the uniform several times, but no cap for it.
Mutated party packs are what you get from the mutated events. They now have an outrageously slim chance of containing rare apparel, like the red asylum dress. Mystery crates are what you buy once you've purchased the Mystery Crate Vendor at mile post zero, and these, if you buy the top tier crates, also have the chance of dropping rare apparel. I think. 😅
I first explained the changes in the mutated packs, after that I explained the new mystery crates from Milepost zero. Those are separate things. Yes. But both in this video.
These mystery purveyor boxes would likely cost 150 up to 300 supplies each. Each player can only have a max of 1000 supplies meaning one could only get around 3 to 6 mystery boxes with the max amount given which one people go for. Put the drop chances for the apparel themselves in the mix and you'd be there for hours if not days trying to get the apparel you want. Long story short, people are complaining for no reason besides gatekeeping
The drop rate will stay the same. Its a calculated move by Bethesda to have people play the game more. It gives players who do not own the items a reason to join events and spend credits. They should add enclave mods to the crates and/or events packs. Im more excited to use a VATS build gatlin plasma with 800 AP with new 4 star mods....
I personally am happy this is happening. Seems like if somebody has something you want all they want is 10 red asylum outfits, 50 glowing masks, 20 tfj's and your first born child. Honestly serves them right. They removed our legacies and they all laughed now they are making it to where everybody can get rare apparel. Thats karma. I dont really care for apparel i just find it funny.

You need to calculate them. Down through every list. If the main entry has a 100% drop chance and the sublist 5 items, each has 20% Drop Chance. And then calculate the next list and so on.

it dont change anything tho the chances of gettin something a on the same or worse of dropping it so the scammers on rmt or trading channels will still scam you of everything you got so that you might touch it for a moment

4 years ago I picked mine up for £5 from eBay now they are £40-60 where did that sudden price jump come from for a heavily duped item…..
