    I use to let bf run over me and then blame them, but it was me not setting boundaries...i felt too guilty doing so. A meditation book called 30 Days to Overcome Guilt by Harper Daniels helped and the Tao Te Ching. Letting people come and go without expectation has opened up a lot of good things.
