    This no talking tutorial is very relaxing, especially combined with the music in the background. It's like in a spa environment. Thanks for the video snd your thoughtfulness.

    Tina is literally my favorite gua sha girl, viewers can really use this because they were attracted to the sound and calmness, i also use is this as my routine, and because of the audio, i can really say it suits very well with the gua sha's smooth glide to the skin, thank you tina, it benefits me❤❤

    I haven’t started using this method yet, but I come back here for the relaxing music playing. It helps my nerves and anxiety ALOT. Just reminding myself to breathe and let it out

      Hi, thank you so much! No, I don't but gua sha and face massages can definitely help with tension and clicking, depending of course how intense your case is.

    Hey @Tina Engeo, first of all thanks for such amazing tutorial. You have a new subscriber. I can't use any oil on my face or neck but I have a cream that works for me. My question is: can I do this BEFORE a shower? I really dislike to sleep with a "slippery" face 🥴 Hope you can answer. 🙏

    • @TinaEngeo
      @TinaEngeo  2 роки тому +2

      Thank you so much! A moisturiser works just fine. You want a bit of a slippery effect because you don’t want to drag your skin. Maybe wipe it off later if it bothers you before going to bed 🥰

    I just found your channel, I’m a new subscriber and I love it 🥰 I am wondering if the Gua Sha would help with baggy / very puffy eyes? If so, do you have a routine I could follow?

    • @TinaEngeo
      @TinaEngeo  2 роки тому +1

      I don’t have a video dedicated to that area because its a very delicate and sensitive area. It can help depuff though. Just some swipes is enough 🥰

    Is this only to sculpt your face or to tone it and reduce wrinkles? Thank you!

    • @TinaEngeo
      @TinaEngeo  2 роки тому +2

      both! It depuffs so it makes your face appear slimmer, and it decreases fine lines, but it's more about prevention in my opinion.

    Hi Tina❤watching all your videos for gua sha. Please let me know where I can purchase this tool. I have seen them as low as $7 and as high as $85. I just want a good quality real jade gua sha and roller tool regardless of the price. Thank you again 😊❤

    Hi, loved the video, thank you!
    I have a doubt that, when we do the jawline part (2:54) why should we keep the longer part of the guasha up n the shorter one down?, some ppl do the opposite...
    Pls clear it, ty😊

    Very interesting!! Do you know if Gua Sha works for mature skin ?

    • @TinaEngeo
      @TinaEngeo  2 роки тому +1

      It should benefit mature skin as well. Good with blood flow and even out the skin tone a bit. If not (cause everyone is different) hopefully you can feel the benefits of having a relaxing gua sha session 🥰

    • @TinaEngeo

      is it because of the movements being to straining? In that case I would recommend a jade roller routine instead.
