GW is hosting the Tacoma open on us west coast July 19-21. Maybe GW would rather do a preview from one of their own events
Hope so, that would be a good date for a preview- nothing to suggest that in the information that currently exists for the Tacoma open though.

Daring to dream here, but I’d be delighted to get a new Deathwatch upgrade sprue so you can kit out Primaris marines as Deathwatch Vets. Add in a new inquisitor & the retinue sprues from ashes of faith and that would be terrific.
Now, that being said, if that were happening we’d have had a leaked image by now.
So in dreary realism land I expect we’ll get an Inquisitor + a 5-man squad of intercessors + a 5-man terminator squad + the existing DW shoulder pad sprue.
If they do a FOMO box for Hereticus & Malleus to trot out a new Inquisitor model for each of those it’ll be alongside whatever kits are appropriate & overstocked in the warehouse, which is to say Battle Sisters & Grey Knights Strike Squads respectively.
Sounds plausable!

Im pretty sure we are getting a Krieg plastic release wave, and judging from the rumour engine it's gone be a command squad with a marshal
Definitely think Kreig is on the way eventually, I think the Imperial Guard codex will be Kreig focused, but I think they are coming after the stuff I went through in the video (and probably after a couple of book and one model codex's also)
I think we will see dedicated online preview for kilteam like it was two and three years ago. Or because of delay maybe we will something on Nova?
A dedicated preview could be on the cards! One thing I didn't say in the video is when 40k came out, Tyranids and space marines both got some kind of focused preview.
@@TabletopImpulse hovewer I think that new edition we will see later than usual. Instead of july/august I think this time will be autumn.
Need new Fyreslayers units after these initial AOS releases. Ironjawz spearhead box too
I could see Ironjawz coming quick quickly, I imagine they are going to try and split the releases fairly evenly between the four grand alliances, so I would expect to see a Distruction army book (could be Ironjawz) and some kind of Death army book after the first two which will obviously be stormcast and skaven.
@@TabletopImpulse maybe bonereapers if they have this Warcry unit to add in. Still no Malerion Aelves. A lot of old dark elves still in with Cities of Sigmar when a lot has been removed from that range
All the delays are crazy, I’m still waiting for a necromunda character shown of in January! Feels like releases have really stalled
For the smaller games, I think releases have certainly stalled, yes. It's possible GW just has more games then it can properly support. I suppose that's why they are trying to build a new factory.
I must say, imperialis has me intrigued... Ive been wanting to try a small scale game like that. Has an epic feel to it and the terrain is soooo much cheaper (not GW). I know nothing about it but I also assume the board is way smaller. I imagine it has the same vibe as playing an RTS game
I don't know much about it, but I don't know that the table is smaller! Look into it carefully before you buy would be my advice.

@@Broken777Arrow depends on the point sizes games. If you like a smaller games in the heresy setting Titanicus is one of the best games.

Interesting! Thanks for letting me know. I can understand no Chaos Dwarfs to an extent, games workshop seems to want to forget they exist - no High Elves is just plain weird.
Another really weird thing... GW pulled the Duardin(Dwarf) kits from the website, but they’re still part of Cities of Sigmar index. What’s going on here? One suggestion is that they are being repackaged for The Old World and that the Dwarfs are soon to be released. But this is so strange. People will still be buying them for AoS, no matter what the package says. Another theory is that when Cities gets their Battle Tome , the Duardin will be dropped at point. Also a strange approach.
Huh, I had not realised that. That's weird. Especially that they are still part of the Cities of Sigmar index released yesterday. Maybe they will be going to legends when Cities of Sigmar gets an army book?
There are a lot of things going on around GenCon, but none of them relate to GW as far as I know. Mostly it's controvicy about RPG awards and the new D&D. It's possible that GW don't want to be overshadowed by D&D Next, but I don't really buy that.
My knowledge is pretty limited to the fact that there was GW preview, people got tickets for it, and then it was canceled.
I wish someone would escape from GW, go hide out in a Peruvian embassy and tell us what the heck is actually going on. It almost feels like we’re on the Titanic and watching people rearrange the deck chairs.
I don't know about Titanic, age of sigmar is the big thing that is in the process of coming out. It's not that GW is running out of stuff to release, just that we know nothing about 40k and Kill Team which is a little weird.
Titanic.., big luxury liner, hit by iceberg, sunk in the North Atlantic. Now you’re up to date 😁. But really, the most logical theory I’ve heard espoused is that GW has held back any discussion of, let alone release of, new products to try to focus fan interest on Skaventide. They’re really becoming detached from reality it seems. I’m not interested in Skaventide. Don’t play and not interested in playing either faction in the box. Not actually a huge fan of 40k or AoS. Probably in large part because I don’t have the opportunity to devote a whole day to playing one game. I don’t have the focus to paint 2000pts of anything and I don’t have the mental bandwidth to keep all the special rules for even one faction straight, let alone being able to remember all the weird shenanigans that 24 factions can pull. I didn’t buy Leviathan, I’m not going to buy Skaventide just because it’s the only thing on preorder. I did buy Dominion... for $130 including tax, because the FLGS was was desperate to get rid of the stack of boxes they had pushed on the by GW, and I thought... “$60 each for two whole small armies? And I’m kind of helping out the store? Okay maybe I’ll get around to it some day.” As it sits, unopened, on my wall of shame.
Any news on the rumours on vashtorrs special unit?

A shame about underworlds really, some of the models are phenomenal... theres an ok scene in the UK. Element and the like put on some well supported tournaments but yea its not getting much attention from GW.
I feel like underworlds models are some of the best GW have ever produced, but I also think they kind of declined towards the end? My suspicion is they where being used as 'first projects' for newly hired sculptors.
@@TabletopImpulse hmm, the thricefold and cereneis razer's from deathgorge were pretty good, not the best, but pretty good. Can't say much about wintermaw as they aren't my cup of tea. The test sculpts might be a thing but I always wondered if they were tests for new sculpting/manufacturing methods rather, they tend or tended to push the limits on details and sprue organisation

Nice idea, never going to happen! The best we can hope for is that they don't go up for a while and so fall in real terms. That has happened before.

@@Mericaball Yeah, I guess I have brit privileges, a space marine captain that costs you $42 only costs me the equivalent of $33.60. Then the poor Australians have it worse again. They would pay the equivalent $45.4 American for the same character.
