NOTICE TO PEOPLE: If you are going to buy a hydrogen water bottle, remember that most glass bottles don't hold as much liquid because they can't handle all the pressure built inside them and therefore, don't hold the promised amount of hydrogen as a result and they sometimes leak. You should choose a bottle that has a pressure valve and can produce at least 3.0 to 5.0 PPM of hydrogen. If you choose a plastic bottle, make sure that it is made of tritan plastic (food grade plastic) so you don't drink harmful chemicals. Also, make sure that the system that separates the molecules is made of high quality Titanium-Platinum plating if again, you don't want to ingest harmful chemicals. Please wash your bottle thoroughly many times before using it for the first time. Remember that hydrogen water bottles also need maintenance; Also, make sure you keep the system wet at all times so the proton exchange membrane doesn't dry out.
A high quality hydrogen water bottle costs at least $200 to $400. Cheap bottles are made of cheap plastics and cheap plating and will not infuse enough hydrogen into your water and will produce chlorine and ozone gas which then go into your water; you will also be drinking plastic chemicals so, they are a waste of time and money and are a health hazard for you in the long run. Before you buy any hydrogen water bottle, do your homework and spend the extra money if you really want to take care of yourself. And if you are going to eat unhealthy foods, be overweight and not exercise, don't bother with the hydrogen water as it is not a magic pill ....

I have had one about 6 months and really like it personally. Has helped me with sore muscles a few times. Has improved my sleep quite a bit too.
I think the bottle and what it does is awesome, but I wouldn’t put it at a high priority vs other things that are a lot cheaper to do

As far as the alignment I watched a video they had and you first align the bottom piece with the usb charger facing you to the top piece with the logo facing you first, then screw on and it will match.

Can any water be used? I have a water filter at home or does it have to be distilled?
Very curious on your results and overall feel for the product once you get your strips and properly test. Got put onto this after deep diving into Gary Brecka and I am highly anticipating your part two before i do or do not purchase mine. Very skeptical on other reviews saying its just rebranded chinese shit but after seeing bots comment copy and past garbage on your review to cause distrust in the product, im now more so interested in honest reviews by what looks to be your typical every day consumer such as yourself. Although $250 is a hefty amount initially, id rather spend the money on a known good product that for sure works before buying a chinese knock off that does not perform and bash the hydrogen hype
Just got mine a couple of days ago. This bottle of water motivates me drinking water and hasn’t notice a difference yet.
Mine definitely makes me wanna drink more water. It’s been about a week and a half- my focus seems better and I’m less sore:) noticeable difference - not placebo effect

It should line up. The base should match the shape of the bottle. There are instructions on their website how to connect them correctly. I made the same mistake

I just ordered mine.. I’ve read a lot of comments of people having them break and leak so soon has yours lasted? Also have you used any test strips to see if it’s still producing the amount of hydrogen it says? I may buy some just to see..
There is a whining sound when I run my but when I unscrew there’s always a release of pressure. I think people need to fiddle with the sealers if it is leaking or fill it up a little less. Mine is lasting alright!
Also I was going to do another video with the testing strips in a week or two - so after I’ve had it for a month- if you do a test with your new bottle please share on here!!!
So i got mine in he mail a few days ago charged it and immediately drink 5-6 glasses, 20 min later i started to feel funny almost like out of body buzz and sleepy. I did some research and found nothing relating to those effects. Did you experience anything similar?
I didn’t get that- but I do know that it does help you absorb nutrients so maybe you were eating crap that day and you absorbed more than your used to- I have no idea though- I wouldn’t jump to conclusions unless you notice something regular!!

I started by drinking one every three hours for the first few days- now any water I drink I’m running it through for at least a 5 min cycle:)
I keep a larger hydro flask filled with water and just fill it up with that where ever I am!!

What do you do for work? I’m a carpenter and have all the aliments you listed but I feel mine are ten times worse because of profession. I also don’t complain about the pain I’ve suffered for most my life because I feel that’s just asking for empathy

You should buy a high quality vibration plate, its worth every penny. Got autoimune myself, all joints messed up, but vibrations seem to normalize it. I even lay on it

@@TristanSchuld yes but its very anti inflammatory, also stabilize the entire body. Got pretty shitty balance due to damage on ankles/knees/hip so it just feels incredible to walk afterward. True game changer for training also... tons of studies on whole body vibration therapy 👍

@@TristanSchuld if you really wanna heal the body i would strongly recomend PEMF... I just did stem cells with one of the mayor docs but I got zero results from it. They were very kind and helped me out with wayy less payment but still, zero results. Pemf on the other hand.. wow, hands down the best therapy ive ever tried and ive done everything. It gotta be a high gauss unit not those low gauss mats that brecka recomends, they will do nothing (sure grounding have results but using a pemf unit for just grounding is like buying a ferari and drive 20mph

Contains plastics and uses a plastic DuPont membrane. Japanese, Korean or our bottles avoid that, because it leeches microplastic into the water.

This whole hydrogen water bottle thing is time consuming. To start I just tested PPM with H2 Blue Hydrogen Test Reagent drops. My Ecogo bottle came out to .7 PPM not 4.5 as it says.
thats because your using the base model, the echo go +, has 4.5
How do we teach our community to critically think for themselves? There seems to be alot of repeating things as someones own facts when really people hear something and don't do their own research...

The acidity of your stomach neutralises any and all 'benefits' of alkaline water. Having psoriasis and being sore doesn't equal having psoriatic arthritis, either. They're different. Not mutually exclusive, but certainly not a definitive diagnosis, either. 🤦
BE CAREFUL! Me and my friend order one. we have 3 in total. One holds pressure and makes a pressure sound when you open the top. The other two do not hold pressure and they leak water while under pressure. The company DOES NOT ACCEPT RETUNS. Completely regret buying this. Very cheap product.

Just started using mine today. Curious about your follow up as well. There’s a video on UA-cam that’s hyping some Japanese brand that some hydrogen specialist designed and the guy is ripping on this Echo brand :/ and then you here about all these customers saying they have problems with them breaking and returning them OY VEY
I haven’t had any issues with mine yet- I have water testers and hydrogen reagent on order- when they arrive I’ll make the follow up and that will be a good month later

Don’t Buy the EchoGo+! It’s junk. My pressure value stopped working after a week and the hydrogen ions basically just leak out. Then they won’t issue a refund just want to send you another unit. Customer service is also awful.

I'm right there with ya if that's the case, but maybe you still enjoy it too. There was another video that came out discussing various labs that give certifications but I didn't see anything for Echo aside from Lady Ali promoting a small video. Objectively speaking, I'm not sure there's any device I trust at the moment and would be great to have one so I don't have to keep paying continued expense of pills. Thoughts?
