@@waRthunder_add1ct Personally I would bring both and use apds as my primary. apds is faster so will be better at range. even against targets with more armor, when you pen the I find the apds tends to have more post pen damage. tbh it depends on the target because nothing in this game is consistant, but apds tends to do more damage most of the time. I mostly just run heatfs for light tanks for overpressure, but at this br you wont find many things the apds cant pen. plus anything with composite armor add ons is gonna eat that heatfs

@@thisfeatureissostupid on city maps i take less ammo but in big maps like fields of poland or european province i take HEAT and APDS
