I actually really love the cursed mannequins. I got one and was like “what the hell is this” then I stuck him in the corner of my room, dressed him like a skeleton, and now he just roams my house. At first he swapped clothes with me, which was silly. Then one morning he was moved forward one single square, and then a few days later I woke up to him stood right in front of the coffee maker all the way in the kitchen. Dude wanted some coffee, who am I to judge?
@@DaniMarieOf2010 you just slot into the trinket slot, the slot that only appears after activating the combat mastery shrine in the small cave in cindersnap forest. You can get the prismatic hair gel from the dessert festival if Alex is manning one of the shops.
My favorite is the big chests. They can hold 2.5 times much as a regular chest and while it does require a lot of wood and copper bars it’s SO worth it. I went from having a bunch of disorganized chests overflowing with items to a neat inventory setup with more space than I know what to do with!
I also love big chests, I too have the issue of the small ones overflowing with my stuff too easily. I’ve also been thinking about getting stardew valley, it seems really fun.
I really like the magic quiver. It's a trinket that basically just shoots nearby enemies periodically. The damage it does and how often vary between magic quivers. The first one I found seems to be the best. It shoots every 1.5 seconds and does like 20 damage every hit. It's not a ton of damage, but it's great for keeping mobs off me when descending into the skull cavern. Bats, skulls, ghosts, etc, if there's just like one trying to kill me while I'm busy mining, it just prevents them from getting anywhere near me. Also it shoots at rock crabs even when they're hiding, so they can't hide from me. I feel like the frog eats things too infrequently for my taste. It's fun and all, but it doesn't seem to do it as often as I'd like. Whereas magic quiver just shoots repeatedly.
My favorite is that we finally have the spouse weapons! 😭 finally! (And two pets altho I still wish we had more dog / cat breeds (and I feel like we might get bird pets at some point by looking at marnies shop!l)
I love the Ice Staff Trinket because freezing enemies is very handy. I got mine reforged to freeze enemies every 3 seconds and the freeze lasts for 4 seconds. That way I can still get the loot from killing them another like the frog who doesn't drop their loot
The mannequin can also blink, play a creepy cut scene when you click on it, and will swap clothes with you even if you dress them up. Nothing like waking up to being dressed in a completely different outfit
