BMW E63/E64 Gold Brake Caliper Paint

I found a high-heat metallic / Gold paint at my local paint store. So I gave it a try on my BMW Black Sapphire (475) 6 series E63. I think they color-match very well. Gold - Black. One caliper took me around 4-5 hours to clean & prepare and paint. I also used air compressor to blow off any brake dust, debris from the brake rotor, caliper. and used brake cleaner with towels to completely degrease the surfaces before painting.
You should also use a high-heat primer, and a lacquer.

Things I used:
- Gold metal, heat resistant paint 250ml
- Hammerite Paint Cleaner
- Caramba Brake cleaner
- WD-40 Lubricant
- Painter's tape
- 60-200 grit sandpaper
- wire brush
- various pot brushes
19mm hex for the wheel
- air compressor
towels, micro fibre
plastic hammer (brake clips)
jimmy for the (brake clips)
rubber gloves, gloves
flat head screwdiver, mixing spoon

Do you know which paint you used for the callipers? They look very similar the the M4 CCB on the M4 and M3.

you made a video titled "How to facelift a BMW E46" my question is how can i downgrade my facelifted e46 to pre-facelift headlights? or can i even do it

With a possible exception to the bumper and bonnet you have to pre-facelift the other parts; fenders, front blinkers, front headlights.
