“I’m going to break the wheel”
She broke it. She’s lost all support doing it, but she did it.
She became another spoke in the wheel. Quote from 7.04 by Jon to Dany "But if you use them (dragons) to melt castles and burn cities, you're not different...you're just more of the same."
@@jasonuk8333 Nah, Jon knows nothing about political stuff and he never had an idea to do change the shitty system the senven kingdoms were having trouble with for hundreds of years, the only one with a true idea was Daenerys and now, thanks to that, there is progress in the way the seven kingdoms will be ruled after her, things have to change sometime and with Jon it would all be the same, peace for some years like Robert had in his reign and then wars would start all over again.
At first I was like “YES YES YES DANI”😍🙌
Then “NO NO NO WHY? “ 😨😱
ALWAYS yes yes yes
yesyes yes Dany all the way,. take back what is rightfuly yours from the start.,. destroy the red keep,. your ancestors built that.
If your lord commands you to burn children your lord is EVIL.. and all dany supporter are now evil like her
Macdealerx yes! Thank u
Mad king: let's burn kings landing
Dany: hold my starbucks
4 years late and I think it was Varys’ actor who came out and said it was his😂
Daenerys: *burns the city to the ground
Me: "you're doing amazing sweetie "
Hahahaha it's just for us fans of her it's so hard to stop liking her all of the sudden. She still has my heart, I understand the story but still makes me so upset.
0:50 Dany burst the wall the same place Missandei died.
Yeah true
People getting pissy about Jaime going back to Cersei have never been in a toxic relationship. I can image being in a relationship with your twin sister for 30+ years is a bit hard to break.
And him going back isn't really him returning to his ways, he loves a terrible person, and in his mind that makes him terrible... he doesn't want the love of his life to die alone and scared, and i can sympathize with that.
Well said. Also, they had three (four) children together, and he have killed more people than her for their love and their children, so he had no right to "punish" her, or anything like that.
Also he went there to try to avoid the carnage, not to support her; he was taking responsibility for his actions in propping her up for years.
Okay.. but... from a story point of view... why build his character the past seven seasons then? What was the payoff for all that development?
Would it not be more interesting for him to stay with Cersei at the end of season seven and lead the Lannister army against Dany rather than go fight the Night King? Did Winterfell even really need him for that fight?
Him going back to Cersei is fine, but the execution was bad.
@@hollonUT After the lost of their last child (being Cercei the main cause), she lost every light inside her, becoming just a monster. He saw that and decide to abandone her... but in the last moment, when he heard that she was going to die alone, he decided to return with the woman hee truly loves (even being a monster), and the mother of his three (four) children.
@@hollonUT Because he's a tragic hero. Deep down, he has shown to be a better and better person throughout the show, but a part of him can't give up his past because he doesn't know how to live without it. Brienne was Jaime's soul, but Cersei was his heart. I don't think him returning to her undoes any of his arc, rather it makes him a tragic character who denies the good in him because he's afraid of losing a piece of himself. It's self destructive and it always has been. He's always maintained that nothing else matters except him and Cersei being together. Despite the fact that he's become a much better person than her, he still needs her and doesn't know how to separate himself from her. He has always said that he would die for her, so it's very fitting that they're both buried under the keep together where they've spent their whole lives. He's destined for that death because he feels that it's inescapable, despite the fact that he's no longer the terrible man he thinks he is. It's pretty Shakespearian.
I’m so glad I’m not the only one who really enjoyed this episode and appreciated the fact that Dany finally did what we all knew was eventually going to happen.
“Your a dragon, be a dragon” Lady Olena.
The Jamie/Cersei scene was so sad. They came into the world together and went out together. 😭
I can't stand Cersei's character but in the end she was human.
@@lisas3545 Like Tyrion said, her human side only shows off with her children. We saw her anger and sadness with the deaths of Geoffrey and Myrcella; he lost every human partin herself when she lost her last child; and now we saw her fears when she is about to lose her unborn child.
I feel for Dany therefore I loved your reaction. I watched it with a few friends and we all supported the hell out of Dany in this episode. I wouldn’t trust anyone if I was her.
Yeah, burning innocent children alive is so good, right. go go dany lol
D&D you're going to need an army of bodyguards after the finale!
Jaime and Cercei's death was quite poetic they were born holding each other and they died holding each other.
GRRM created the character and this arc. If fans attack him, they don't deserve him. He is a genius!
"What shit way do you want to go?"
"In the arms of the woman I love."

Death rides a pale horse.
Jaime, The Hound, and Arya broke my heart. I even felt bad for Cersei. Daenerys burning King’s Landing was an experience for sure.

@Sir Achillis III. Dany did it for an awesome reason. She installed herself as the usurper of the throne to warn TEAMAEGON (a.k.a. everyone Varys sent a letter to) never to rebel or else.
your reaction to sandor's death made me cry
When you fully expect him to be devastated by Dany going on a massacre, but instead he totally loves it XD

You're the only Dany fan that loved this episode. I'm pretty impressed. You know how to appreciate a good spectacle. :D
Spectacle is all this was. Flashy, but with zero substance. It's quite sad, too, since I doubt the books will ever conclude. So this dogshit is the best we'll ever get.
Because he is an idiot facist who cant see dany is mad now cuz she burned children .. he was smiling when she was burning.
Macdealerx same the villains are always the tragic ones to me and more interesting cause sometimes the hero is overrated
We are not watching these shows for the boring and mondane.
I'm not mad that Dany Burning The Whole City
I was mad because They Made Her Mad in Like 1 Episode That Means 8 Years Of Development (71 Ep.) Straight Going to Hell in One Episode.
That was Fast
Cersei Death Scene was Shitty
But I Love That She Died with Jaime
Dany, ep. 4: Almost no army, one dragon vulnerable to scorpions.
Dany, ep. 5: Huge army, one indestructable dragon capable of burning half of the castle with one breath.
Also, RIP Valonqar prophecy and fluid storytelling.
Logic who?
I feel bad for all those details and complexes and prophecies George made the effort to write 😂
The Valonqar prophecy was never mentioned in the show.
She had no army in ep. 4 because all the troops traveling over land weren't there yet. Not being hit is not the same as being indestructible. Drogon's fire breath has become ridiculously OP though.
@@Stormie33 true and also his plot armor was too much. At least a wound was expected. His and Arya's plot armor
@@Stormie33 I thought most of the Unsullied died when they closed the trenches and left them in from of Winterfell when the Dead came. Also, I find it strange that Drogon didn't get hit by fleet and castle full of scorpions when Rhaegal (even though he was injured) was shot three times in a row by a few ships.
Season 2: Vision in the House of the Undying. Foreshadowed in show and books for decades now. Not bad writing at all. Genes and genetics. Dany was always gonna go mad. I could see it in seasons 1 and 2. It is what it is.
I thought the episode was great and unfortunately in character for everyone involved. Varis was right, because he had seen it before. In regards to Cersei, not every bad character gets a karmic death, especially not in GoT.
She got trapped under the rubble because she couldn't bear to leave the Red Keep, a symbol of her power, until it was too late. Extremely karmic.
Well you had a much better reaction to this episode than I did because the moment I saw her decide to destroy the entire city and everybody in it even after they surrendered, I knew that all the dany haters would just start screaming see, i told you she was mad. and of course, Dan and Dave are the ones leading that scream, so I hope that all the people that hated her are glad to be in such good company
I hate d&d and that's about it
GRRM is a genius. Dany was cray cray from the beginning in show and books. All the clues and foreshadowing is there if one cares to open their eyes. She is indeed her father's daughter and she was tutored by her insane brother. What did we expect? Sansa is an excellent judge of character. She has been around insanity and madness enough to recognize it. RIP Lord Varys. The Spider was #ForTheRealm *_Every time a Targaryen is born the gods flip a coin and the world holds its breath_*
Thats what George RR martin intented too judging by all his interviews and foreshadowings in the books are you gonna blame the actual author and creator of the character too? Aww poor babies denial is real😂😂😂
@@dabhyun1133 we will see. assuming the books ever get finished that is
I am not a fan of her. But this episode was terrible, they butchered her character. Dany is vindictive yes. But not genocidal. There in no way I believe she would have murdered all those innocent people, specially after they've surrendered.
Or if she was going to mad queen mode, she could have just gone for the red keep not whole town.
At least my character arc was the only one that was butchered
Jaime- dies like a ***** (after 7 seasons of redemption)
Cersei- dies like a ***** (after 7 seasons of badassery)
Dany- goes mad and kills everyone (After 6 seasons in Essos showing she saves innocents from evil rulers and takes out the rulers without killing the innocents)
Greyworm- ok this kinda makes sense after what happened
The hound- yeah kinda makes sense
Qyburn- dies like a *****
The queens guard- all die like *****es
The golden company- dies like *****es (after being hyped as one of the best army’s and had like 30 dragon killing turrets (that had their aimbot turned off clearly))
Arya- leaves her revenge to go help some women (after 8 seasons of not caring about weak women and only her revenge only to stop because he kinda new dad/uncle the hound tells her not to)
And finally Euron dies like a ***** (after 7 scenes at least three of which he was just Cersei’s little ***** so atleast this one makes sense)
* - stands for another word for a female dog
The Night King hey I killed jaime Lannister and a dragon you did nothing at all
Euron Greyjoy Jaime was killed by some rocks not you
Cercei got crushed by her castle..
You know what's crazy? Daenerys's killed more people (half a million) than you.
Very poetic ending for Jaime and Cersei very Shakespearian, tragic story, perfect writing.Love is blind.
Was waiting to see your reaction because you love Dany so much, I thought you'd be devastated to see what the writers did to her character. Nope, you thought it was cool. So fucking weird to me.
Cheers though, glad you enjoyed the episode.
Writers didnt do shit ya'll just dumb enough to not notice all the foreshadowings and signs from both the show and books
@@dabhyun1133 I guess you're right, I missed where they developed her character as capable of obliterating an entire city filled with a million innocent men, women and children. My bad.
@@kyu2o337 giving a sarcastic reply doesn't make you right you know your still a dumbass who missed what was going on but ok whatever floats your boat Martin will have the same ending😂😂
@@dabhyun1133 Just because they throw in some random foreshadowing throughout the series doesn't mean that said foreshadowing makes sense, character wise. I mean, you learn how to put foreshadowing in creative writing in junior high, that doesn't mean that just because something is foreshadowed in a story that it's done well or within character.
Oh, and adding laughing emojis does not strengthen your weak argument.
@@dabhyun1133 Good that you were so smart, because even D&D said in some interview that Daenerys is not evil and not like her dad.
Anyway, she needs to die for what she's done.
Daenerys showed kindness and compassion throughout 6-7 seasons and all of a sudden she just throws it out the window and becomes a MAD QUEEN because she's a Targaryen. Okay, so is Jon. Why is he not mad? I will readily admit she has a temper, but the way they jumped to her being mad all of a sudden doesn't make sense at all. How do you go from freeing slaves to killing innocent people so quickly?
Jon is tempered. He is more like a Stark. Also, not all targs are mad. Jon's father wasn't mad. Jon's grandma wasn't also mad either.
In Danny eye 👁 there was no where or nothing left to do but destroy the city when she need comfort no one was there for her all she been through not even Jon saw her pain
@@neigelevelyn6824 How was people of King's landing supposed to comfort her?
Dany never freed the slaves out of love for them. She freed them out of selfish motives. You might want to rewatch the show because she never shied away from killing innocent people.
Dun Ringill shellfish motive would been letting the slaves master think they can do what they want yes she did she gave them the will to see that they are better than what others try to make them
He loved her and she loved him. Jaime choose where he wanted to be, isn't that enough for us as fans. Why we want someone to be the way we want them to be? If we truly love someone all that matters is where they choose to be and they were happy.
"Nothing else matters, only us matters"- Jaime Lannister
I’m so conflicted because I want to enjoy the episode because it is amazing but at the same time the only way for me to do this is to forget about Daenerys’ character and everything she’s gone through the last 8 seasons. But after loving and following a character for so long I am unable to that and instead just feel anger that this is how they chose to end her character arc
It just needed more time. Like she went from "I've lost everything" to "I'm gonna massacre innocents" inside of a single episode. The whole progression needed to be slower. There should be elements of her good self, the character we know and love, struggling to continue, clawing to stay alive, but bit by bit, she feels more anger and rage. It would've been more realistic if she took the city peacefully, but basically the civilians being jerks and problems with ex-Lannister soldiers push her bit by bit into an official evil act.
Thinking Out Loud i would bet they showed that while she was saving the north. Them bitches showed no gratitude.
I agree. It left bittersweet taste in my mouth
I loved Cersei and Jamie's death scene...so many people don't understand characterizarion. Cersei didn't need a huge, gruesome death not really. her whole character has been this plotting, conniving, in control character. To the very end she believed she would come out unscathed...that is essential to her character. She was in denial that she was losing up until the Red Keep started collapsing around her. And then when she realized...no wait, this is it, I'm going to die...she literally broke down this is not something you often see from a character like Cersei...who often made comments about taking her own life...who almost poisoned herself and Tommen when she thought the Battle of Blckwater was lost...CONTROL...but when faced with death that was out of her control, she couldn't take it and freaked out and it wasn't until Jamie calmed her that she accepted her fate, at peace with the person she always loved. It was poetic and brilliant. Cersei's character NEVER had peace, her life and upbringing was toxic and fucked up and she was a monster created because of this. And finally in her last moments she accepts that no one has ever loved her like Jamie and this is enough. How are people not seeing it? Complexity my dear Watson.
First reactor who has my exact reaction during the whole episode hhahahha
Because he is an idiot facist who cant see dany is mad now cuz she burned children .. he was smiling when she was burning.

The leak for episode 3,4,5 were all confirmed and so it’s likely 6 is confirmed too. Dany will die
They completely butchered her character in like one episode... If she wanted to attack red keep then why she burned innocents on her way... And if she wanted to kill innocents and is mad then why she fought the NK and for the North losing so much... This just doesn't make sense!!!
Supporing the mad queen who killed innocent people? Yeah, that makes sense.
She is done, completely dead
Didn’t D&D say they were going on vacation to some undisclosed location after the finale? 😂
Actually Madness yeah and turned off their phones because they knew people would be pissed
Honestly, I'm extremely disappointed in Daenerys for burning down the city like that. It was wrong on so many levels, Ceresi's army had already surrendered, and Ceresi already lost and she knew it. Killing all those innocent people was completely unnecessary and so fucked up. I understand her pain, I really do, but that was way too far. She's definitely become the mad queen at this point sad to say, and I don't blame whoever supported her before, doesn't support her anymore after this. I'm going to miss the old Dany 😭
George honestly this is such a mood. Watching the joy on your face become more and more reserved throughout the episode was the perfect metaphor for my feelings 😂 it was spectacular don’t get me wrong, but they’ve sealed her fate and I’m not ready
She'll return to Drogo and Rhaego in the Nightlands.

@@thearmada6248 she hasn't done nothing bad to them? She literally blew up the Sept and the area around it with all the people in it. And yes they deserve to die because they chose to bury their heads in the sand. It's not about the war it's about their lives who was a living hell because of the likes of Cersie Lannister
@@yaldayazdany288 They definitely didn't know it was Cersei who blew up the Sept. They were uneducated, uninformed peasants. They weren't directly effected by Cersei, they were well fed and had decent lives. They had no idea what Daenarys was like or why they should support her. They were probably more afraid of her then Cersei since a lot of families probably lost men to her Dragon and Dothraki in the battle in season 7. Once again how would you feel if a Dragon just burned down your home and killed your entire family because you didn't rebel against Cersei for a queen you knew nothing about?
@@thearmada6248 I'm not talking about Daenerys here. She isn't the better ruler and neither Is Jon or anyone for that matter. @@indraprayuda9989 He burned soldiers. Why defend an insane person? You enjoyed watching innocent men, women, and children die as much as she did. There are no excuses. Because someone else does it doesn't make it right. GRRM created a tragic character as a cautionary tale. He is a genius.
She lived by the sword and she will die by the sword. You'll have her in your heart. Hold on to the times when she had someone to keep her madness at bay. She did some good but she did more harm than good. That's tragic and will forever immortalize her.
The irony is, all the betrayals (Jon, Varys, Tyrion) and deaths of loved ones (Missandei, Jorah, Viseryon, Rhaegal) is what brought her to this point. If Sansa hadn't been an ungrateful backstabbing bitch, Tyrion hadn't been useless as a hand and hellbent on showing Cersei mercy, and Varys hadn't been disloyal, none of this would have happened. Like Varys was literally trying to poison her food!! She arrived in Westeros with the goal of taking the throne with the least collateral damage, but shelved that and offered to help Jon and the North BEFORE he bent the knee. And all she got for her trouble was backstabbing, betrayals, and incompetent counsel. BTW those "innocent citizens" are the same ones who threw stones at Ned while cheering for his execution. Thanks for nothing, D&D. #RIPDany'sArc
I've been Team Dany from the start. But after this? I am sorry, but there is no coming back from this. There was absolutely no reason for her to do what she did. It was over. She had already won. She wanted to free the seven kingdom of tyrants. Well, she is exactly that. A tyrant.
As much as I loved her journey from there to here... After this...
She.. Has.. To... Die...
Sorry George. She did not deal out justice here. She murdered innocents in uncountable numbers. Single-handedly and personally.
The only rectification of this, and I use that word very loosely, is if when we next see her, she exhibits all the signs of a total mental breakdown. It won't excuse her actions, but it would explain them. But the Daenerys we have come to love is gone. In fact, she may have started to go the moment Jorah died. Rhaegal's death shoved her to the edge and Mysande's death had her teetering at the brink. At the start of this episode, when she and Tyrion were talking, listen to her voice. Compared to most scenes with her, even when she's been angry, she was almost emotionless. There wasn't even any emotion when she ordered Varys's execution. The only thing left keeping her tethered was Jon. And when he would not return her affection, she went over the edge.
She's not just damaged... She is totally broken now. Turning her story of triumph into a story of tragedy isn't a bad move from a writing standpoint. We hate that it happened, but she is now the true threat to the seven kingdoms, and she will have to die.
Then you weren't a Dany fan at all...just a fake one
She had a "billion" reasons to do that. No matter how much good she made in Westeros, nobody loves her and she was betrayed countless times. Jon, Sansa, Varys and even Tyrion betrayed her. The loyal ones are Missandei and Grey Worm
The real threat was always Cersei
"She.. Has.. To... Die..." I hope you too dude, you are too weak and a wuss and you whine too much
@@theredeemer1644 OMG. It's just a TV show. In terms of this FICTIONAL character, the only thing that makes what she did make sense is that she has lost her mind. She had enough personal tragedies happen in rapid succession. And the truth about Jon is a monkey wrench thrown into her well-oiled machine. Add it all together and it's a recipe for insanity.
And just to clarify, I do not want Dany to die. But I always figured she would anyway, because Game of Thrones has always been about looking at us, cackling maniacally, and impaling us right in the feels...
But last episode the writing has shoehorned her onto a one-way path that can only lead to her death. Not the death of a hero dying to save her people. but the death of a rabid dog that has to be put down.
Hers has been a story of triumph that has turned into a story of tragedy. I am actually fine with that. But she has to die, because the way they have taken her story demands it.
@@Opnn8d1 even if she didn't burn KL the people still won't love her...no matter what
@@theredeemer1644 Why should they... They've spent all this time being crushed under the heels of monarchs. They are tired of it. They see any king or queen as just another high-and-mighty snob trying to run their lives.
Their chains are forged by this perspective. Dany effected true change in Esos. She won the support and love of the people by addressing the freedom they needed and gave them the ability to govern themselves. In a way, she introduced democracy. She didn't mind doing this there because she had no intention of staying.
This solution would have worked for the seven kingdoms as well. But the problem is that she has always intended to rule. As a monarch. The very thing the people don't want. A democracy introduced into the Seven Kingdoms would have broken the wheel. It would have taken power away from those who held it strictly on the grounds of birthright, and put it in the hands of the people.
But that would only work if she were willing to lay aside her desire to be a monarch. But she has never been shown to even consider that. And that is the chain that binds her. And her unwillingness to compromise on that front is the root of the madness that has taken hold of her.
Her father would be proud...
BURN THEM ALL!
Damn. You've loved when Dany burnt the Red Keep. I think this is my favorite episode for its brutality.
I thought this would have been enough to turn even you against Daenerys. I was wrong.
We will never turn against our Queen!!
Seriously. How to justify the killing of innocent. Oh, that's right, she was going through some rough times and that excuses she doing what she did. Come On!!!
@Moist Gnome It will be. Sorry guys, justice will be served.
@Ogami According to the Melisandre it will be Arya that puts out "Brown eyes, blue eyes .. and green eyes". Dany has green eyes. My theory from long ago was that Dany will kill Jon, Arya revenge kills Dany, and Tyrion ends up ruling Westeros. The irony being that Varys once said to Tyrion that the people would never accept a dwarf or a eunuch on the throne.

14:25 summed up my emotions exactly and you couldn’t have said it any better. Honestly I will always love Dany and I stand behind what she did and am not mad at her for doing that. What I’m concerned about it how the other characters will feel about it.
AMEN to that girl. well said
Oh just like true fashion for The North, they'll be disgusted and not stand behind it. What I don't get is none of these "good" people in Kings Landing went North to help in the great war. None of them. I really wish the great war had happened after this so the "good" people of Kings Landing and Cersei could have faced that 100,000 + strong hoard.
@@MarieAnne. Oh so the war for the dawn was "none of their business"? Yep. typical. As for the "adulation" you speak of, please. Dany was as much a slave as they were. She took her own future into her own hands, no different than Sansa who habitually lies to Jon and doesn't keep a confidence when he makes her swear. Talk about craving power. That's Sansa alrighty. She's become Littlefinger and all she claimed to despise. I'm hoping in a few years if she pisses someone off, I hope someone is there to slit her throat. I would love for it to be Jon after he finds out what she did, but that's too much to ask.
This "turn" is completely unearned and done so only because Dan and Dave are too lazy to write something great. And I'm also going to give shade to GRRM who gave them an outline to go by. So much for all the growth they've made in seven seasons. All D&D did was prove why women shouldn't have power. Talk about subverting expectations. This whole season has been crap from the moment they had The North giving the side eye to Dany, Missandei, Grey Worm, and Dany's troops. Those very same troops who put their asses on the line to save the ungrateful North. I guess in the end they deserve what they get. Sansa as their "queen". She's as stupid as they are. This whole "Mad Targaryen" stuff is crap. Laziness wrapped up as "story progression". I'm sure a six year old could come up with something better. D&D are on an island somewhere with their wives tonight because they're expecting a shitload of contempt. And they'll deserve all of it if they do go there and the leaks are correct. The Star Wars fans are begging them to stay away from their franchise. I cannot blame them one bit.
@@MarieAnne. Oh I don't know the reason anyone would side with Dany except she had over 40,000 Dothraki screamers, about 8000 Unsullied and two fully grown dragons to help the ungrateful North. As for that adulation, same goes for Sansa. She just feeds off of it.
All I know is that somewhere in those stars Khal Drogo is sporting quite the rager of pride for his Khalessi
At first I was like NOOOOO DANY but somewhere deep down at some point I was like you know sweetie let the hate flow through let all the hate out
Did u really think Ice was the only bringer of death? Dany is basically the fire queen now. And she will now be going after Sansa & maybe Jon. Sam & Gilly are now at risk. She's going to be more of the same. A Targaryen alone in the world is TERRIBLE.
I love you Georgy ! This was tough !
George... you held up better than I thought you would!
You still love her actions and root for her? Come on. I love your reactions but your obsession with Dany does't make you think clear one bit
I agree with many that this final season feels a little rushed and some of the things I hoped would happen have not, but it is great that the show still defies our expectations. People last season were complaining that the series was becoming predictable but you can’t say as much for this season. The story is still very strong and the writers are doing a pretty good job of paying off some hints, prophecies and visions planted earlier in the series. One thought I had about the The Bells was how Daenerys’ attack turned the once confident and powerful Cersei, a woman who not so long ago, was willing to “burn cities to the ground” (or at least Septs) into a “frightened little girl”, in her final moments. This is interesting as Daenery’s story BEGAN, as Cersei’s ENDED. Remember when Dany was that frightened little girl? I thought that was a clever reversal of roles.
When Daenerys took flight again I swore that I was going to Cersei, then it was like: why you burn them all, it is not necessary
but still I loved her, I still love her and I will love her forever
R.I.P. Danny, you pissed Arya
0:04 "every last fucker hit the ground"
foreshadowing...
I love how you didnt get mad when she killed the people
i loved your reaction and this episode!
You supported her all the time, I knew she was freaking crazy from the first
Anyone who didn’t cry when the hound took his brother through that wall is fucking lying 🤔🤫😂👌🏻
i just hate the storytelling with such intense passion this season =( But the visuals in this episode were probably the best Ive ever seen.
What storytelling? Its been all spectacle over substance, with rare exception.
It's been like that through s7 and 8 for me 😔
@@pcgaming4944 I felt a strong decline in season 7 too, but for me personally it wasnt so bad that it bothered me like this season does.
I'm calling it that even with the red keep in ruin the iron throne will still be intact.
You took this significantly better than I thought you would 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
All the way Queen Dani !!!
What does "tra" mean? I always hear you say it lol
Kathleen Clark it means see you later.
Aggressive tendencies detected xD
oh my days
This might be my favorite episode of the entire series... and I've said that twice this season. Out of all of my complaints I have still loved this season for the most part.
Which was the other episode?
@@deadbeat2530 Episode 2
Et là, c'est le drame ! ☝️😎
Cracks me up that people are shocked Dany lost her shit. It's been the cornerstone of her story arc literally this entire time. She had a dream about the Red Keep destroyed in ashes in season one. Everyone watching thought it was snow. She's been murdering and burning anyone who opposes her since season 1 and she stares at every death with emptiness in her eyes. Every time. Even her brother. They've been hinting at this for a decade and her fans still thought she was a fairy queen that was gonna save Westeros from the mean lady. I've always liked Daenerys, but she's been a homicidal conqueror this whole time. That's why I like her. She's a full on Targaryen. None of this should be shocking. She's an obsessive fucking nutbag. Always has been. Just depends on what side you're watching from.
My boy Jon is going to take this woman's head next episode
I love Yours Reactions hahahahaha
Thank fuck someone is agreeing with what she’s doing like qyburn Said to grand master on the season 6 finally before we can usher in the new the old must be put to rest haha bye kings landing go dany great reaction
I guess by your logic Hitler had a point killing all the Jews, before you can usher in the new Aryan world the old must be put to rest after all. Are all genocides OK or just the ones where you have a crush on the leader of it?
By the way that thing that made you fall in love with her (me to by the way) back in season 3 "8,000 murdered babies" - "kill the masters but harm no child" - "Then we have 100,000 reasons to take the city" - You agreed when she found it abhorrent that 8,000 babies had been murdered but when she murders 10's of thousands it's all cool?
But the bigger question is what will happen to Jon and Dani. Because she is carrying Jon’s Son or child and Jon will not let burning the city go unpunished or at least Discussed wether she lost a close friend or not
‘“Death rides a pale white horse...”’😉
*_Every time a Targaryen is born the gods flip a coin and the world holds its breath_* _Lord Varys_ #CoinToss #MadQueenConfirmed #QueenOfTheAshes
Cersei said that in season 2 or 3. She was talking about Joffrey
@@lauraxxx6412 Varys also said it this episode.
DAENERYS MY QUEEN !!!!!
you will watch your queen die like a dog in the next episode
Your gueen is fucking Hitler.
I'm really worried about your state of mind as well.
Thank you! Half a million innocent people are being burned alive, and he is like: "This is f*cking gorgeous!"
Cercei brought this to her people they cheered when ned Stark wasbeheaded.
@@fellowtemplar5679 oh.. yikes. i won't watch his reaction now, thank you. i'm not here for that kind of senseless madness.
@@kalakalachuchu Excuses excuses excuses. Pathetic.
@@kalakalachuchu Children didn't cheer. They didn't deserve this.
If you don’t think Arya just added her to her list and is going to scratch her off that list, you are crazy. I am guessing the Dothraki and Unsullied are just going to be cool with it because they didn’t leave enough time for it.
i am sure dany will die in finale but i wanted her to burn everyone and everything in king's landing after the last episode and that's exactly what she did. MY QUEEN!!! MY FCKIN QUEEN!!! She better burn that lannister imp and half-ass targaryen before she dies. Both of them have cost her so much.
Now don't regret telling her to be a dragon, 🤗
You sound like the Joker this episode.
Targaryen sigil... "Fire and Blood".... idk why people were so shocked by this. She's been saying she was gonna burn cities and everyone would "die screaming" since the beginning. Look back at Khal Drogo's little rant at the end of A Golden Crown. Ya it sucks, but it's not a "shock".
I think it’s time for us nonbook readers to read the books so we can experience a amazing ending to the story because D&D have failed us 🙄
You think the books will ever be finished? That's cute.
Spoiler alert. Dany is just as insane in the books. All the foreshadowing is there.
jdsthird I feel like GRRM kinda wants u to believe that but really dany will end up realizing she doesn’t want the throne or something and wants to actually live her life because in the books she longs for the red door that represents like her childhood and innocence I think
@@kdvn1 She has the same visions as in the show except they are more extensive and detailed. Dany will be a tragic character in the books too.
jdsthird either way in the books it’d probably be written a lot better because in the show they’ve made it seem rushed and unnatural yes there’s been hints but it just doesn’t feel right
I think Dany is on borrowed time though. Look at the end. "So I looked and behold a pale horse. And the name of him who sat on it was Death, and Hades followed with him" Revelations 6:8. Valar Morghulis
I really liked this episode :) Yes, Dany's story arc was kinda rushed up but it makes sense
RIP Dany’s and Jaime’s characters
Dany lost everything, so why shouldn't everyone else?
Funny how fans of Daenarysl keep on defending her actions. "it looked fantastic" while everyone is burning down in the streets.
As crazy as Cersie was, when she blew up the sept she did it to get rid of all her enemies at King's Landing. Daenarys on the other hand, went completely mad. Everyone had surrendered, all she needed to do was to destroy the Red Keep and kill Cersei.
She hears the bells and off she went, burning innocent people. How can you justify that? Those were children, entire families trying to survive while she didn't give two shits. And Grey Worm should burn in hell for starting the fight against a surrendered army.
Many disliked Jon for following Daenarys, and that's the reason why. Jon knows about honor and respect for all humans regardless if they are his enemies(the wildlings) or his friends.
We all know what needs to happen. And it's too bad for Dany's followers.
Exactly.
Khalessi did what needed to be done they would never love her like the will love Jon. They will probably kill Dany which for me will be sad. But she sacrificed everything she burned down so they can rebuild a better world. In the end to me she is the true queen.
So because they won't wuv her they deserve to die? How does that make sense? :S
Lisa S But they will know what she did no one ever truly understands anyone especially in war because we all have different beliefs we can try to reason try to see eye to eye but it’s not simple no matter how good or bad you are there is no honor in war we just all root for the lesser evil she can still be considered a heroine she is the prime example of good person that’s been pushed Dany has always been a three dimensional character.
And I agree 💯 Emilia Clarke has been great she should win.
@@basseyjones3612I appreciate you taken the time to explain all of this because like everyone else I was in dismay. The war aside I didn't like the way in which the writer's kept Dany in tragedy after tragedy. It just would not stop until she lost everything and was alone. I had predicted this would happen and Jon would be her only safety net. What I didn't count on happening is that she would burn KL to the ground. Because of this Jon will not be able to continue supporting her. She could kill him but she will not because she loves him and he loves her. It's the tragedy of their story. Eventually, they will kill her. The composer of the show is a huge Dany stan and I hope he's composed something beautiful for Dany's death for his own way of saying good-bye to her.
@@basseyjones3612 " in war because we all have different beliefs" Right, but this is the problem, she did this when the city had essentially surrendered unconditionally, there was no armed resistance except in the red keep, this was not done to a city under siege and at war this was done to a city that she had already taken, remember when Jaime was explaining about the wildfire to Briene all those seasons ago and I bet you where like "Wow, the mad king is a dick, ready to kill innocents to destroy his enemy's the Lannister army" You can correct me if I'm wrong.
But now your ok with Dany doing it even though unlike the made king she doesn't even have a military objective that will be achieved by it... Do you see why if you had that reaction to the mad kings plan to destroy the city your being hypocritical purely on the power of Deanery's cult of character and nothing else?
Daenerys of House Targaryen 1st of her name just went to the TOP of ARYA's kill list
I’m sorry but this episode was a mess 😂 they literally destroyed 7 seasons of character development! I get the dany mad queen but what some bells ringing makes her snap?
I don't think it was a snap decision and it wasn't triggered by the bells in my opinion. Once she realized that even Jon didn't love her like she thought he should, she made a conscious decision to rule by fear. I certainly do not agree with that decision and I am now completely against her ruling (or even living) but I understand where she was coming from.
I also fully think that the ultimate action of her burning everyone in King's Landing will happen in the books too. I don't think that was made up by D&D.
@@CraigKostelecky I totally agree with you. Folks putting their blind faith in Dany is like believing in a false prophet.
@Stephanie Cicco dany snapping made sense. She's being going on and on about burning armies alive since season 1. But I thought she was going to kill Cersei, she could have gone straight to the red keep and burned it down. In no way it made sense to lay waste to the city. That's not a character they've built for 8 seasons.
From the day this and the last episode aired, I've often said "Fuck D&D" under my breath. I know it sounds odd but it's been over a year and I'm still annoyed with the ending. The more I watch previous episodes and observe how awesome they were, the more confused I get as to how what used to be an awesome show ended up with this botch job of a final season. D&D had the opportunity to create the best television series (possibly the best thing above anything ever seen on screen) ever. How did we end up with this? I was fifteen when this show began in 2011, I waited through every season until the end. I just cant believe that this is what we were left with. Sorry, rant over.
crazy b...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :O
Are we still loyal to house Targaryen, my King?
I am confused now.
We are!
