That really was more petty salt then it was a Smackdown. Sansa didn't say anything bad about Daenerys. She was speaking about how Tyrion would be faced with divided loyalty. How does that qualify as something bad about Daenerys?? She could have made the same remark about Tyrion and his family and it would be no different. But once again we see people who are so blindly loyal to Daenerys that anything short of praise gets treated as blasphemy.
@@NovaLena22 100% agree with this. It was awfully written conversation just for the sake of having Missandei deliver a snarky line that's not relevant to the conversation whatsoever. For all the guys irritated with the Night Kings death remember its called Game of Thrones not Game of White Walkers. It's always been about politics and White Walkers but now the white walkers are gone so it's all for the Throne.
True, but throughout the series we were spoon fed the lines that the war for the iron throne doesn't matter because of the white walkers. They opened with the white walkers, so I feel like they should have ended with them. With that being said, this episode was one of the best things I have ever seen on television. I am still very excited for the war with Cersei. I just somehow feel like they should have ended with the great war is all.

I absolutely loved that they threw us off so much and the fact that so many people never saw it coming just speaks to how incredible the writers are.
Jon had to wait because they didn't want to risk the dragons or risk being too far away from Bran, their goal was to find and kill the Night's King and hope that killed the entire army of wights, until he was found it was too risky to be out there with two dragons he could kill and turn. They explained it in the last episode during the meeting.
Jon was on the ground. They were signaling to light the trench from the top of the castle walls. Further more, Jon was way on the other side of the castle away from the battle waiting on the Night King to show up for Bran. People don't have to think the plan was a good one, but people are acting like they just forgot what the plan was, even though they JUST went through it the episode before.
It's not Jon's job to light the trench. His job was to watch for the Night King and fight him once Bran lured him out. Man, Jon can't catch a break. He catches shit for going against the plan in the BOTB, and now he's catching shit for NOT going against the plan here. 😂
