Glad to see the dog keeping out of the way of all the tires on the farm. That bin site sure is a sore spot in the operation but it should work itself out. Remember when Sable use to drive the grain cart in the early days, if you see her have a shout out to the u tube people.

Love your harvest videos. We are down to 200 acres of corn 2800 done but we are running out of room for the crop. Might be the best crop in my career here in northwest Illinois.

Interesting to hear you saying about remembering the people around you haveva life and family. My experience of working on the farm was there was only one thing that mattered and it wasn't us. Not just harvest time it was all year. Even having holidays. I wanted the day off for my sisters wedding and he said it doesn't take all day you could come back after. It doesn't make for a nice place to work. One day we were having an argument and he said its never your fault your always right. My reply was that's the only thing I agree with you on. After I left they couldn't find anyone to replace me and it went to getting contractors in to farm it. After his death is two children said to me I don't know how you ever worked for him and how they didn't have good memories of him. I think it's fair to say that your workers and family won't feel like that.

have you ever heard the saying " Hard times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men, and weak men create hard times " I believe this to ting so true and I believe we're in the time of weak men making hard times, I mean look at the generation that raised us ( I'm 50+ ) my parents gave EVERYTHING they had just to try to give my brothers/ sisters and I a better life than they had, do that a couple of generations and you have children being Given the world on a silver platter growing up and are completely unprepared for what an evil cruel place the world really is, the only choice men have is to toughen up or get eatin alive, the world just doesn't care about you, that's YOUR #1 JOB !!!
