@@ecleveland1 If it was a house cat I'd say it wanted picked up, but he didn't seem interested in that when he was on the tractor. I'm pretty sure they just live to annoy.

I really enjoy how you explain everything you do and why you do it. Never apologize for show to much of the cats and dogs . They make up part of a true farm. Great videos.
We left the bay door open and a cat climbed up into the radiator shroud of our fire truck to stay warm. Gotta watch meowing things around heavy equipment.
When I was growing up, my grandfather had a family farm. His six brothers each had a family farm within a two mile radius. (My father grew up farming. When I was a youth, I, “helped” out twice a year on a visit.) My great aunt who was the wife of my grandfather’s brother, took care of the barn cats. They did their job and kept the mice out of the alfalfa hay. On the farm(s) there were dogs everywhere. I have owned dogs most of my life. I am currently the…servant (yep. That is the correct word.) of a cat, who will walk between my legs every time he gets the chance.
This video channel is by far the most interesting and entertaining of the many ive viewed in the past 7 years. Thx to the whole crew at Millenial Farmer. And a special shout out to Becky for a excellent job at editing 🏆
Hello from Portugal.... We don't see so many of your children working anymore. It's beautiful to see them showing their desire to learn more and do the right thing

Would love to see a sit down interview with your Dad and Jim. I know you did the family history videos with your dad, but it would be cool to see what they both think of farming (pros and cons etc) it would just be cool to know them a little better. You guys get along so well, its truly awesome to see.
The technology is impressive, how you could help Jim out, and watch the combine. I enjoy watching your videos when you put Jim in the video, it is awesome.
Always a pleasure Zack. Always enjoy a visit here. Never miss learning something new bout farming here. That dryer is pretty impressive ;out there. Looks like something for the county grain mill, not just one farm. Impressive. I have been watching and learning a couple of years and am still amazed at the level and degree of technology in farming. Thanks for all that you and all farmers do.
I put a traffic cone on the cement garden along the side of the driveway! Helps my wife’s Tesla not get any more curb rash! Need a flag on a corn field to avoid a grass covered pipe.. love it!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experiences as a farmer. It's good to know from whom and how food actually gets to us. I like your dogs too. With Aloha...
A lot of your footage brings me “out of my chair”. Best REAL reality show ever. Thank you for sharing. All the best to you and yours. “Living to Serve”.
I'm 74 now and grew up on a small farm in Ohio about an hour from Ft Wayne. Retired from operators union and wish I had a farmer friend to run tractors for.
Aww, Kitties are just wanting your attention is usually the main reason for walking in front of feet. That or they are hungry, but mostly looking for attention. The Kids kept watching that part over and over, didn't think I'd ever get to the end. Great video
With the risk of the grain spoiling a simple differential pressure sensor on the blower fans for the bins would be a great investment, maybe even talk to the dryer guys to integrate into their controller that way if a fan stops or reverses you get an alert to quickly check it.
And the reverse windmilling responsible for many reverse starts of motors could be stopped electronically by switching in passive resistors when blades should be stopped. And keep the pressure differential sensors but add a software resetting manual override in case of sensor failure!
Great news that you figured the limits of the system without having to spill corn. Keep up the the good work and don't forget to throw in a montage this harvest season.
My uncle in Massachusetts is a full time cattle farmer with old tractors and he does corn silage and hay etc. when I was a kid he would let me sit in the tractors with him and also my aunt. I love farming and so does my uncle, he taught me a lot about farming when I was a child growing up
Just remember when driving the grain cart it's always your fault. Love the shirt "unburdened by what has been"Great video as usual Zach keep em coming!
Such a well done video Zach! I really like the style of the nice drive-by action shots of combine harvesting in action, and then dumping intoo the grain cart, and then auguring from grain cart into the semi trucks. So much mechanization with all the huge machines. Amazing mechanized farming!! I like it! Explaining about the complex bin and dryer system you guys have is also interesting but kind of confusing as well. Big complex system! Thanks so much for you and your wife's efforts in filming and editing these videos!
Becky's editing is going to another level, Great job, remember Onyx, your unload spout is out on that grain cart, I reckon no more trees or obstacles in the field your fine
I am grateful for your videos Zack. It is a pleasure to watch you and your family for sure grateful there weren’t any major issues hope and pray that no big issues come up and you guys have a successful season. Peace to you and your family.
Thank You for doing it. I love watching it wish would give more bushels per acre. I with my dad had cows all my life. Was milking at 6 just one at a time all but maybe a few weeks a year. I love learning and learning something different. We can never stop learning.
Really enjoy watching the farming seasons unfold - been watching for years down here in New Zealand and as a fellow Vikings fan who are having one of their best starts for a long time!
Great shots and mix in this video. Kudos to the editor, Becky I assume. Also, stay on top of that sneezing and coughing. My cousin eventually died from farmer’s lung even after he had a double lung transplant. Good luck the rest of harvest. P.S. I wish I was Jim. Best wishes to him also!
I saw a squirrel running out of corn field in Allendale, Michigan yesterday. He had a whole cob of corn in his mouth with it completely covered in kernels.
As always another exceptionally great video. Thanks so much for sharing and taking us along during the harvest. Wish I was there and could ride along in the combine watching firsthand. God bless you guys for all your hard work work.

Didn't know the Ranger would work without the dogs in the back. Cats were also good comedians.
