It is so nice learning these practices from someone who understands the practice and why you practice it like that. These practices should not be kept secret but explained thoroughly so everyone my realize their internal guru.
You have explained the Bhastrika pranayama fantastically. I first watched your video on Kapalbhati kriya. After watching both now I understand exact difference between the two. Thanks a lot.
I began my journey with yoga science in 1991 after I achieved oneness with God/Goddess. I love the path of Pranayama, and yet, currently enjoying an advanced sadhana on a treadmill , exploring how the Agni Pranayamas and Jogging/Running/Sprinting
Always the best source of information I can find in vídeo format! Thank you very much for making this information freely available. That shows you are a real teacher connected to the tradition of ancient Gurus and Rishis.
Very useful in understanding all pranayamas properly and doing it. Thank you. I request you to guide senior citizens what to do and what to avoid. After both knee surgeries, I (74 years old female who did advanced course at ashram in bengaluru in 2006) still continue to do all possible asanas and pranayamas sitting on a chair.
Pranam 🙏 Bhai, Thank you for the all good work you are doing to help people all around the world.please give us a review of the daily pranayam we should do.thx.god bless you.
That was brilliant- your technical explanation was great but have to say your lungs are passive that is they small sag's hold the oxygen but it's the diaphragm that creates a vacuum to fill the lungs with oxygen.

How do you know which pose to sit in for the different pranayamas? For me, vajrasana is the easiest to sit in. Perhaps I have to practice sitting in the other poses (some of which you mention in other videos) Thanks. Btw the videos are great and help explain in greater detail.
