Haha love the outtakes! Just to make life easier on your backs, I've seen people hooking up there grey water tank onto the hitch ball and slow drive to the dump station if it's nearby. Saves you the trouble of lifting the tank onto your tailgate. Looks like a nice location. Thanks for sharing and safe travels.
Ah yes, we see this all the time, but I've read warnings about the wheels coming off if the road is rough, so we bought one small enough that we can lift it.
Always enjoy your channel and seeing blue sky and beach water and sand , and the interesting things you both come up with as a team !!! As always BS & BK & BC !!!!
You definitely need to watch the forecast and go when it's not windy. As I understand it a section is the National park and the other section is managed by the city. You get 2 free nights in the City section...
in 1998 I lived in my school bus at the National Seashore and worked for the Park Service restoring one of the park buildings. after work was complete, I moved down past the 4x4 mark on the beach. looks like a lot of things have changed since I was there
Always enjoy your channel and the way you share your experiences. You once advised how to watch a rocket launch on California, given you're so close to Starbase you're going to make a tour there too? Greetings from Italy
Hi! Thanks for watching our channel. We made a video visiting starbase and released it a few videos before this one. But, we're going back again later in the series, too.
Thanks for the video, as a fellow Canadian, and going full time next year been following you guys for a while. Jay do you maybe have a video of the folding mechanism of your solar panels, and how you mounted it? Thanks!
Hi! Congratulations on your upcoming full-time adventures! Yes, we have a video about installing our tilting solar panels in one of our earlier seasons.
Just an FYI u don't need to unload the tote from truck, just get and ext hose and let er rip better yet get a macerator pump and leave tote in truck 247
Hmm, I feel like the tote would still have to be lower than the grey tank somehow. But yes, with a macerator pump we wouldn't have to rely on gravity then. 😀
The daily rate is not included and would be charged on top of that. We bought an America the Beautiful pass this season which gets you free entry into national parks, monuments, and Forrest's. It was well worth it because it's saved us a bundle on entrance fees.

So much rain... it looked nice when sunny, but still looked somewhat cool. I hope you get some warm weather soon. Stay safe.
Thanks Doug, and yes, spoiler alert: The weather did start to improve. 😎
Tim Hortin's cup on the beach Pinic table , Ahh yes, Canadians ... Love it ..enjoy your trip and thanks for sharing it .
Thanks for watching! Our tim Hortons mugs are even special edition with the Toronto cityscape on them!

That beach was stunning! So clean, not busy, and the sand is so soft!

Less wind would definitely be optimal.
This the north Island beach near Corpus Christi?, I should be able park the Class C there in the $14 / day
Yes, that's the one. And yes, $14/day but note there's a 14-day limit.
Wow! Not much joy on the weather front. Hope it improves for you!
Thanks! Sneak preview: Yes, we did get start getting better weather after that. 🌞

Neat! Yeah, like everything else in life, things change with time.

It looks like the weather start to change for you guys. That's good
You know that there is an eclipse total eclipse coming up in April, the eighth.
Yes! But sadly we will be missing it 😕

is the daily park entrance fee waived or included in the camping fee?? otherwise i assume it is another $5 per day on top of the $14???

Cool, didn't realize it was a national park, at least u guys will be warming up now, Vancouver still wet & cold for now🌦@@HomeARoam
You could have just taken the short cut across the jetty, IF you had a LCAC Landing Craft Air Cushion like the Marines. 🤷🏻♂️😁
If only!
17:33 LOL, umm, if you say so. Next visit camp ON the beach.
Yeah we wanted to, but the weather just wasn't conducive to it this time. Blowing sand isn't pleasant.
Where is your going Jey San what lol 😅😂
🤣😂🤣 he just couldn't get it right!
You came during the late winter rainy season unfortunately.
Although there was some rain, we still had a great time there.
Nice trip. Warning though; Lots of rattlesnakes in those dunes
Thanks for the heads up 😃
Looks like Mel has a blood blister on her index finger. Smash it?
Yes, but now I can't remember how 😅
Pen Shell - we have a lot of them in St, Kitts. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pinnidae
Ah yes, thanks Kate. I thought they looked familiar, but I couldn't place where I'd seen them before!
