10 Minute Gentle Yoga in Bed Sequence

  • This is a gentle yoga in bed sequence that is perfect to do right before bed or right before starting your day. We'll start with a brief centering, and then gently stretch the neck and shoulders, hips, inner thighs, and more, before coming down into a 5 minute savasana.

    Thank you Candance I have been practicing yoga for about 2 1/2 years. I wanted to congratulate you on your namaslay book. In September 4, 2017 I have had a really bad back injury that led me to your gentle yoga when I can. I have a bulge disk in my back a tear near my lower level in my back. It's as extremely painful.I 'm still dealing with this back injury however some days are better than others. My mission is too stay moving so that it will not be stiffing up.I wanted to buy your book so many times. I have not had the opportunity to. One day the Lord will allow me to purchase your book. I am learning so much about life, family, and so much more along this journey. I reached out to you to thank you so much for being my biggest friend, encouger and precious angel that has been apart of my life. Candance you are so strong and truly inspirational to me. Thanks you so much.

      Ahh! I had two thoracic spine herniations about a year and a half ago and it was MISERY. I truly suffered - back pain is NO JOKE. I am wishing you alllll the best as you move forward.

Congratulations on your new book! may your book tour be a pure success to yourself and onto others 📚✏ your golden light always shines💥 Question: my 15 years old and myself lives on Texas do you know if any yoga/meditation group community that we can join? the town we live on is Seabrook. We are only here for past four months 😕
