Luckily i read this comment. It reminded me i need to make my bed! I pulled off the sheets and the electric blanket and washed them today, and its already 8pm!
I did this for the first time tonight and just wept softly through the entire practice. I never feel like I'm in my own body. It's mine, but somehow other. But tonight I felt like I was in here with myself and it was simply overwhelming. I deal with limited mobility and flexibility so I had to modify every move just for me and stay safe and aware of how I moved without judging myself harshly for what I'm not able to do. I feel grateful. I'm so glad I found this. Thank you ❤

I was feeling horrible because this last couple of months are challenging for me to feel okay. I have chronic teeth grinding and as usual when I have a lot of stress my head, neck and jaws were tense. I was also suffering from anxiety. Tried to massage my head and jaws but my body asked for more but I didn't had enough energy for entire yoga session. So I decided to look up for a yoga on bed and I gave a try. Just one word: THANK YOU. I feel so much better mentally because my head is more quiet and at peace now. My headache is gone and my jaws aren't extremely tense anymore. I don't feel depressed and feel joy inside of me. Nothing has changed in my life. I still got my problems but screw them. My body deserves to relax and let go. You are a hero kassandra. I'm going to practice yoga more often. It is life changing. Thank you for sharing this healing video with us.

This was super-relaxing -- thanks, Kassandra! Hero pose is bad for my knees, so I did a quad stretch while lying on my stomach, which worked very well for me. Just putting it here in case any of your other viewers have the same issue.
I love yoga in bed. Your flow helped me sleep better and it was really wonderful to not have to think about the movements. I got to follow along and just release the stress from the day.
Woke up this morning with zero motivation to even move, this helped stretch everything out so that way I could feel better about having a slow morning and still got some movement in
This felt so good. Did a tough class this morning followed by 90 min walk in the forest with the dogs and cooking for meal prep. This was a gift !! You have it all, easy, challenging, yin, am , pm....it's amazing.❤

Great class! I just did it and felt very relaxed, stretched, calm and ready for a good night sleep. I liked the sequences and felt it was a good overall stretch. I liked that you said the actual names of the moves, i've even said them in other classes! I loved that you chanted OM at the end, really helped to solidify the practice. I liked your affirmation, it was similar to one that you have said in your stress relief class and i've repeated it many times which has helped when i've felt anxious or stressed - "I am calm, i am at peace, all is well and i am safe". I've been doing this routine nightly for a couple days and it's been a huge help. I usually have pain and stiffness in my back and hips that prevents me from going to sleep but this helped relieve it.

What a blissful, nurturing sequence! I am recovering from an oral surgery that has had me largely laid up for several days, and this was just what I needed to gently reconnect to the pleasure of being in my body. I anticipate using this sequence to deal with anxiety and panic as well. Thank you!

Literally the best bed yoga video I've come across. I come back to this video so frequently, sometimes I even play it twice in a row! The poses are simple yet so effective. As a bigger person, some poses are a struggle for me and it often leaves me feeling defeated not being able to do certain poses. I had no problems! Love your video. Thanks for the awesome yoga!
