    2 tbsp ground flax
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    2 cups dairy-free milk
    » Sesame Ginger Noodles
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp maple syrup
    1 tsp grated ginger
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    8 oz whole wheat noodles
    handful bokchoy
    green onions to top
    » Peanut Butter Chocolate Shake
    1/2 banana
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    1 scoop protein powder
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    2 ice cubes
    1 cup dairy-free milk
    » Avocado Pesto Plate
    [pesto]:
    1 avocado
    juice of half a lemon
    2 tsp freshly chopped/dried basil
    about 3 cups of spinach
    [base]:
    I eyeball it but I put around 1 cup of lentils and quinoa alltogether
