      Maryia Jensen don't consider going vegan or go vegan just for how good the food looks. it's definitely a benefit, but do it for the animals, the earth, and the health benefits

    I love bagging for meal prep! It's so convenient. I do it for breakfast smoothies - I just buy frozen fruits and separate them into the ziplocs and just add my milk/juice, powders and seeds on the day of!

    You are seriously changing my life. I have been eating healthy since finding your delicious recipes. So far I've been snacking on chocolate chia seed pudding (I add blueberries and raspberries) and i LOVE your sushi bowl idea. Can't wait to try these.     I have to agree, mason jars make carrying food easier and the best thing ever is they don't spill or leak👍
    I didn't know that spinach builds collagen, that makes me even more happy to eat it🌱

    I love these recipes! It's nice to see recipes that don't always contain twenty different kinds of fruit and veges, since they are not always accessible to me - especially during winter :)

      hahah exactly! even this dinner is pushing it, but it's sooo good! I usually make it in advance and it lasts a couple days in the fridge

    I'm so glad I found your channel. I'm kind of a student (online program), but I'm going to a seminar in a week and I've only recently (like yesterday recently) decided to go vegan. I had no idea how I was going to pack a vegan lunch that would fit in my bag and keep without refrigeration, but that sesame ginger noodle dish looks phenomenal.

    My new year's resolution was to go completely vegan in 2017, and there are plenty of youtubers with great tips & recipes that help and inspire me and I'm sure so many others on this journey-- but your videos can't be topped !!     I agree, chocolate and PB is so good! But I hate bananas so I just use unsweetened cocoa powder, PB2 (i don't use actual nut butters), almond milk, ice, and a sweetener. Really delicious.

    When you heat up the seeds in your outmeal they lose their nutritional value so I would add them after you've cooked them! :) Love this video though

    Love the oats idea. Definitely going to have to try it. Do you think someone could use that mixture to do overnight oats? I work super early some days and they are life saving for me. lol

    good breakfast! I would soak the seeds in almond milk in a bowl before and not cook them, then mix with the cooked oats porage ;) And why not eat the spinache raw?(=

      everything does to some degree. its called denaturation; alters the proteins in food when heated

      grace x just sprinkle them on top of the finished meal. Idk about flax seeds but chia seeds literally taste like nothing so they don't affect the taste

      She probably cooked them from dry. Red lentils don't need soaking, so they are great for quick lunch or dinner as they also cook very fast :)

    I'm not vegan and rarely make it through the day without eating something unhealthy. But most mornings before school I make a smoothie, it has
    1 cut up bananas
    A hand full of blueberries (I wing it most the time)
    Hand full of spinach (once again I wing it)
    A bit of milk (you can use a vegan substitute
    And a spoon full of honey (you can use a vegan substitute as well)
    Then I use the cool ninja blender thing and bam it's done
    It's really good if you're in a rush because it doesn't take more than 5 minutes and it tastes pretty good for being so simple
