Just made the mac n cheese! but I had to freestyle a little bit because I was out of almond milk and tahini. Instead of almond milk I made a slurry from the potato/carrot broth and 1 tbs of corn starch. Instead of tahini I used Dijon mustard. I also added a little salt at the last minute. So delicious!!! Thanks Caitlin 💜

WOW! Vegan mac n cheese! That is one thing I have missed so much since going vegan. Vegan cheeses are high in sodium and mostly soy which I need to stay away from. When I saw this recipe I was on it! So it's 6pm and it's my second time making the waffle recipe today. They're so good! I added vanilla extract and coconut sugar to mine and I also need to use an oil to cook them. They stuck to my waffle maker the first time around... it wasn't pretty. But I'm so glad they turned out so delicious! Good on that recipe :)

After trying all of these recipes, the burgers are my favorite. They were all delicious, but I really liked the burgers. I've already made them twice, leaving the cumin out the second time around and just adding extra garlic. Delicious!
I jus made your chia cinnamon pancakes cuz I don't have a waffle maker lol. it turned out really well. I mashed the banana into the recipe rather than using it as a topping and it was delish. its light but still so filling. made 6 pancakes in total. thanx for this recipe hon

I don't have tahini so I'll have to do without it.. I hope the sauce still comes out good.
Hmm it will definitely be less creamy without the tahini, but it's worth a try! Maybe you could blend 1/4 cup of raw soaked cashews in the sauce instead if you have those

Can't wait to try the mac'n'cheese. When I was in college and broke (vegetarian back then) I'd throw in any frozen veggies that were on sale that week -- peas, broccoli, carrots -- cheap and filling.
I did the waffles and they where sooo good! But the waffles with no toppings did taste like nothing but bc they where perfect fluffy I just drizzled maple syrup and putted banana ice cream on them and they tasted amazing😍
Living in South Korea I have so much trouble finding ingredients to make many recipes but I am pretty sure I can make all of these! :D Sooooo excited to try the mac and cheese!

I probably would add red pepper flakes to my mac & cheeze 'cause they are an obsession. I have always made flax eggs but never thought of a chia egg......duh, right? Caitlin! I made theses burgers, unbelievable they even looked like a real hamburger and it had a good texture to every bite. I will be making these as my "go to burgers"and they were so easy to make, the only difference was I wasn't able to bake them our oven is on the blink😬 so I pan fryed them with very little olive oil, I'm somewhat a newbie to this Veggie/vegan/letting go of meat and dairy little by little......Thank you for sharing

Also it might be helpful to put in parentheses that 1/2 cup dry rice equals 1.5 cups cooked. Thanks, again! Making pancakes for breakfast tomorrow.

It worked ok with two, in case you ever want more healthy fats in there! :-) Thanks also for the tip to wet your hands. I forgot for the first three - what a mess. But after I wet my hands it was like magic!

If you can't find apple cider vinegar, you can also use lemon juice. It curdles the milk in almost the same way.

I usually boil pasta in the same water that was used to boil vegetables. That way I think the nutrition from the vegetables stock is retained
I love putting veggies in my Mac and cheese too! Before I was vegan I would always put chicken in too. Now I just add extra veggies, yum!❤️😋
