We are currently embarking and deep in production on an indie fantasy project! Who are the team behind the CG environments, Granted we do not have the budget to pull off that level, but if there is a way we can inject some elements like that into our project, would love to pick your brain! Stunning! I won't lie, I would watch the whole series or a full length movie! It's 9 minutes long and it manages to capture the imagination: the actors, the plot, the scenery and especially the music!

"Evenveil" is incredible, Sam! The CG environment looks so real! "Evenveil" is like a mix of "The Woman King" and "The Lord of the Rings." Excellent job, Sam, the cast, and the crew!
Well, I think Amazon should give you at least that half a billion of dollars, to finally make something good. This looks zillion times better than Rings of Power. Well done. I enjoyed it.

Very cool! The overwhelming, trippy and apocalyptic visuals gave me a slight Dark Souls-y impression, and so the narrative become more of a means to take the viewer on an aesthetic journey. The swirling red in the night sky, seemingly representing a collapse of reality or some cosmic force added a lot of mystery and sense of dread to the viewing, added of course by the ruined scenery. The mental time travel in the out-of-body/transcendental sequence only added to the sense of overall weirdness. It might be dense and hard to approach for some, but I like this kind of stuff! It feels like something that could have been a comic story in an issue of Heavy Metal or something. Stylistic, mysterious, cool.
Such an impressive short film! Really appreciate the sound design and music by Jeff Dodson. (Top knotch quality) It seamlessly brings the film together and keeps the audience engaged.
The weapon is not practical, the heads should be facing opposite to bring balance and also when you swing and carry through, the next edge is ready to bite. In this configuration, one would have to twist the haft to bring the other to bear. In a quarterstaff-like attack, the two blades are out front and would make it unbalanced and awkward.
