Sound advice, far too many club golfers don't practice chipping or putting enough, handicaps would tumble if they did. Only reason i use a range is too check yardages and gapping. Easiest way to lower your handicap...know your yardages with every club. Far to many stand there with a range finder or gps watch, pull a club and then land it 30 yards short. If Amateurs were more realistic (leave your ego at home) about how far they hit a ball theynwould enjoy golf a lot more
