Nasthikanaya Daivam(Malayalam) is a study by Ravichandran C on the thoughts of Richard Dawkins with special reference to his best seller The God Delusion(2006). In The God Delusion, Dawkins contends that a supernatural creator almost certainly does not exist and that belief in a personal god qualifies as a delusion, which he defines as a persistent false belief held in the face of strong contradictory evidence. 'Nasthikanaya Daivam' presentation series started in 2010 and staged all over Kerala every year without fail.

We are really lucky to have a person like ravichadran to give these kinds of talks .scientific knowledge is really important for our society to build to modern era .science is only way to development .but I also felt some emptiness in all through out the knowledge .I like Richard Dawkins and Stephen hawking and michio kaku .these scientist really change the course of science in a big way .but there is some thing what we see the quantum reality .like dr eben Alexander’s NDE or Tom cambel about LCS or dr Sam parnia about the cousiounes studies and NDE and simulation hypothesis of nick bostrom are some kind of examples to give me some kind of knowledge about the reality .we humans still don’t know what’s real about life .but we really don’t need to know about that .we as a in r intelligent ape try to outsmart and asking question and making solutions for day to day life .but may be in near or far future the quantum computing can make a difference about new evidence or may be one day Aliens come and give us some knowledge about the universe .we are the tiny spec on the dark corner not even special in this vast universe.

Me too, he has shaken my basic concept. What ever logic arguments before does not make me any impact. But RC is scientific way including Dawkins literally spark the fire inside me.

I am a keen follower of you and an admirer of most things you do.
In this speech, I felt an overwhelming need to prove that none of your statements or writings can be ever wrong. Ie. the spirit of a debater. Almost like religious leaders argue for religious texts.
One of the most inspiring moments to me personally about scientific thinking is about the professor of Dawkins who admitted his lifetime work was wrong when someone came forward and presented evidence against it.
Your argument for " The absence of evidence is the evidence of absense" is what I am referring to. Maybe it is a language problem. The actual question should be "Is the absence of conclusive evidence the conclusive evidence of absence?"
I would, as a person with scientific temper, say NO. That statement is in no way supporting to the religions, the Russell's tea pot or anything of that sort. But the answer is NO. Accepting it would be more appropriate and noble of you sir..

I have tried all rational arguments. The problem with rational arguments is that
"It is bound by " Subject(I) and Object ( world, names, things, mattet, etc) "
Here we need a different approach to know the " Truth of this world, also of God"
It cannot be belief system. It has to be at the level of " Conciousness ".
See how conciousness remain unchanged from childhood to teenages, teenage to adulthood, and transform to old age.
Information, thinking, processing, subconcious mind, keep changing continously.
So, vedic tradition has all the necessary tools to " Directly Experience " the conciousness common to all.
It means that a state where mind without the influence of its inherit tendencies ( judement, mis judgement, sleep, memories , and imagination).
