Our 15 Minute Home Heavy Bag Workout will consist of 1 Minute boxing combinations and 30 Seconds of maximum anaerobic effort.

I love your videos but in a recent street fight i didnt move i stayed in one spot realized i need footwork with head movement. I see jt does 15 min of footwork drill that im going to add. Id like to see head movement coming in or punch footwork idk.
