150g Cream (any cream)
CHOCOLATE CONDENSED MILK BUTTERCREAM: Makes 4 1/2 CUps
500g Unsalted Softened Butter
1 Can (395g) Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
2 tablespoons Boiling Water
