    I made this but in a huge tray and minus the Gelatin. Everyone loved it. I changed the ingredients size according to what I had, but regardless, it came out great. Thanks.

      yes you can if you are making it in a dish, gelatine is used so that the cheesecake can hold its shape

      @@weeweifun2497 yes u can exclude Gelatin. I couldn't find halal Gelatin near me so I excluded it and it came out great.
      I also don't like the finger sticks so I alternative that with digestive Biscuits.
      I bought 2 boxes of digestive biscuits. 1 and a half of the box, I used to first grinded them with butter to make them the layer. I then followed the recipe

    I usually bake all fall, winter and early spring then take it to the stable where I board my horse to share the goodies with my fellow stable mates. I stop in summer because I usually cook outdoors to save my air conditioning. What sense is there to putting the oven on when you're trying to cool your home. This recipe looks simple and yummy so it's on my to-do list for next weekend. Thanks for sharing and your instruction video is spot on! Thanks.

      @@CupcakeSavvysKitchen I have been trying to make this but it seems there is a shortage of plain gelatin. I've searched everywhere. First masks, then gloves, yeast, corn starch, coins and now plain gelatin! I'm determined though and even considered supplementing pectin or corn starch which I was lucky enough to have, but cannot figure out the amount.

      @@CupcakeSavvysKitchen Once again I searched stores for gelatin and came up empty. So I am going to try to substitute Godiva's instant chocolate pudding for a thickener. If it works, great, if it doesn't gel it will still be tasty. I need them for tomorrow so that's why I'm throwing in the towel this time.

    Loving these. Will try all of them. But what’s the purpose of gelatin here? Never seen it before. I never used it in cheese cake mixture.

      It help them keep their shape when thawed. You can omit if you like but you will need to add more cream cheese to get a firmer mix. About another 125g

      No tricks. Just make sure they are fully frozen before trying to take out of the mould.

      It can be made one month ahead and left in the moulds in the freezer. It can be taken out of the mould 2 days before you need it and decorated the day before. Keep refrigerated.
