This recipe looks amazing. I love guava, and I think if I followed the mango recipe, using guava, it should come out the same since they both seem to have the same consistency. I love these videos, so many new and fresh ideas !!!

Hi mam, that's a nice video😍 I just want your knowledge on this. I live in a hot country. I'm afraid that if I do this recipe here, it might make my Buttercream soupy. Any idea on how to maintain it stiff/stable enough to pipe?
Just make sure you use chilled Sweetened Condensed Milk and make in an air conditioned or cool room if you can. Once you have decorated your cake or cupcakes place them straight into the refrigerator. They can be taken out about 10-15 minutes before serving. This should help with any issues you have with heat and humidity.

Are all of your butter cream frostings heat stable for a hot 🥵 day?
Like any buttercream, it's not safe to leave them out in the heat. Once you have decorated your cake/cupcake, the buttercream will harden when refrigerated.
