1) Never ordered a printed circuit board before. 2) I established an account with jclpcb and uploaded the gerber file zip that I created from your gerber directory. 3) Went to Next page where it asked for the BOM file which I selected the BOM_SMD_JC20.01.csv file. It then asked for a CPL file (pick and place and didn't see it on github. It wouldn't let me proceed without it. I and am very interested in your design especially with the esp32 and the magnetic encoder. Thanks for your help.
I'm glad you are interested in my design :) The boards have been working perfectly without current sensing/ feedback. I wanted to implement this a few days ago and found that my current measurements are very noisey. I think I know what my mistake is and can fix the pcb gerber files for your boards if you're interested. I will upload the CPL file to the github soon. If you want the easiest way to contact me is through Hackaday.
@@Dagor Will wait for the pcb fix and the appropriate cpl and gerber files. I am currently using Odrives but want to decentralize and have an encoder, driver and esp32 on each wheel of my rover. Will be anxiously waiting. Thank you.
@@rbarnes0154 All done :) With the new boards you should get much cleaner current sensing and this time I connected the magnetic encoder SPI bus so you can get absolute position. I will post any updates of the proyect on Hackaday and everything is up to date on Github; both links in the description.
@@Dagor Downloaded new files from github account and went through the process of ordering some boards from jclpcb. Everything went fine, but before ordering I noticed that MA730GQ-Z was an unselected part. Any ideas what that means and/or how to correct? Thanks
Nice design.
how much does it cost from jlcpcb?
