Looks like I’m gonna have to do an egg fast too. How do you determine how many eggs to eat per meal? I get how you add the fat to each egg but overall based on two meals a day. Does it say on Stephanie site? Haven’t looked yet. I would love to have your macros pie. Glad it was successful for you and that you still love eggs. I felt great before, during and after! Yes, the egg loaf I made was: 8 eggs, an z8 oz block of cream cheese (softened), 8 TBSP melted butter, a tsp. Vanilla extract, dash of cinnamon (optional). Put all in blender, pour into an 8x8” baking pan, then into a preheated 350 degree oven until not jiggly in center. 25-30 minutes.

I mimicked Stephy's 5 day egg fast, I will link that video in the description, I failed to do that.

My family and I have gave up eggs due to salmonella.
