In this video I have done a comparison for the Adventure 390 Low End Torque problem which can be addressed by the 14T front sprocket change or a 47T rear sprocket change. The video explains the difference and also the real world experience with 14T & 47T sprockets.
I have used both the spockets for over 1000 km before giving this review and my feedback,

Excellent RIGAAD.. best and in a simple ways you explained. Thank you 🙏. Waiting for more technical guidances and informative videos. Take care.👍🏼👍🏼
More to come!
Very clearly explained with calculative details. We should appreciate the effort and informative guidance of such channels 👍🏻
WoW!
I wish every motorcycle mod video on UA-cam was explained like this!
Awesome! Keep it up! 👍🏽
I have tried to explain the pros & cons of the low end torque issue in Adventure 390 after using a 14T front sprocket and 47T rear sprocket. I have shared my views after using the sprockets for over 1k km.
Better if I understood to change the rear sprocket size instead of the front one if most of your riding is to commute to work around town and looses also a bit of the jerked of the engine? I'm Right? Thanks for the video! Installing soon a boosterplug device on my duke 390 to see if improves stalling issues also when cold
That was a most excellent explanation but I do have one complaint concerning your presentation. There were many times I wanted to pause the video so I could study and digest your figures or written text but many times I couldn't see it because the hand and/or arm was blocking my view. That may seem quite petty but I found it quite frustrating to the point where I stopped pausing. Thanks for sharing.
Thankyou for your feedback and your valuable comments. I will note this for my future videos and will have the letters made more visible so that it can be read easily and understood better.
Just to be clear changing gearing does NOT change torque of engine. It simply change the rpm at different speeds.
Yes you are correct
Awesome info... 47 t rear sprocket would be best for me. I already have tried the 14 t sprocket and it feels rough.
But why did you make the final conclusion so short... Had to pause n read and then that hand kept blocking the text and then the thumbnails did the same 😂
Same here. Extend conclusion and im sure this channel voews will sky rocket. Give a bit more details across gears as well.
How to get only a front sprocket, service center is saying that the whole sprocket kit has to be purchased.
You can try with any large spare part store selling Bajaj Spares
Can you fo 25 to 30 KMPH at 4th and 5th gear with 47 T? have you tested it?
please tell me what is the name of your boots, I like it!
Buying an ADV 390...how is the 1st gear top speed and also second gear top speed with 47T?
Hi,
I have not checked the Top Speed in 1st gear I have only done the test for low end torque
What about 4th and 5th and 6rh gear speeds with 47 sprocket? Thoughts?
There is some loss of the top end speed as you hit the 100Kmph 200 rpm than the 45T sprocket. But in real life scenario it does not have an effect on the contrary it feels better to ride with the 47T.
too much gear shifting while touring. that's why I removed this mode from my bike.
I prefer taller gear for bike, if anyone wants more torque, go for an engine torque by remap. it's way more fun.
Yes, true
With 47 T rear. Would it be better than stock , In trail rides ?? Or same or worst ??
For trail rides it would defnitely behave better. I would request you to visit the video below where I have done a short trail ride... I would be making a full fledged trail ride review with this sprocket in the weeks to come hence please stay tuned.

Where I get this 47 tooth rear chain sprocket. Please share any link or any supplier.
You can contact Way2speed +91 88258 61835
Do you need to change the chain when going to a 47 tooth sprocket?
Yes you will need to change the chain to a longer one.
you can do it without reducing chain links, by adjusting your wheelbase. but it will affect cornering.
Which windsheild are u using buddy
This was made by me... However I now use carbon racing windshield
Wahhhh..! Very well explained.
Thanks :)
what if i install both 14T front and 47T rear?
You can change, it increases the torque dramatically however the challenges faced are
1. Vibration on foot pegs and sometimes on handle bar to a great extent.
2. Jerking at lower gears.
3. Challenge in gear shift between 2nd and 3rd.
4. when you change the front sprocket to 14T the internal gear ratios change.
5. Engine heating is experienced.
These were my experience based on my riding style. I would suggest trying a higher sprocket at the rear 51T or so which could be better according to me. I have not tried it yet but would definitely experiment.
looks like changing just the rear sprocket makes much more sense.
51 😂 get ready for the turbulence 😊
