I've recently become addicted to your earlier smoked paprika version of this, cooking the beans in a pan with water for 3 minutes then draining & sauteing in olive oil & garlic. I expect this method would end up with a fairly similar result. I used to hate green beans, finding them stringy & tasteless - but this method of cooking makes them totally delicious!
