I just had my twins back in May and I'm so glad to have my appetite back now. I basically lived off of protein shakes and string cheese. First pregnancy I've had where eating was a chore. I'm so excited for you, Matt, and Sagey!!! I keep checking IG everyday!❤❤
Oh trust me there is still running after a toddler 😅 she does not care that her mama’s pregnant haha but yes very grateful for Matt and I both being home
Love this video! I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant. I have been craving lots of fresh mozzarella lately and have also loved cottage cheese. Thanks for the food inspiration!!! Can’t wait to see baby #2 ❤
i just found out im pregnant on October 18th! the day you posted this video. which is crazy because this is the very first youtube video about pregnancy i am watching!
Nikole: I'm boring I drink the same thing every day. Me: Watching with fascination for the 750th time. 😂 Literally can't get enough of watching your routine. It's comforting and cozy lol. It also makes me feel better about the fact that I'm also a creature of habit. 😊
So excited to see when your baby comes. I am litterally checking youtube several times a day 😂 Also pregnant with my second,, also a surprise, im 34 weeks now. The cottage cheese with tomato looks incredible, with salt 😅 You are so gorgeous pregnant and you seem like the nicest person ever! Sending positive vibes and thoughts for your labour and delivery. Hope it all goes well ❤
My kettle broke last year and we've been doing th esame thing with a small pot. We decided we do fine with the pot. I saw a nice glass kettle though that if we ever buy another that would be the one. Cottage cheese is amazing! I love it too!
You look gorgeous mama! I can tell that these last days are the most exciting and scary ones! Hope everything goes well! Praying for you and your family!🫶🏼🙏🏼
You are glowing! Wishing you a wonderful healthy labor! Can't wait to see your team of 4 ❤ also I wanted all the spicy, savory foods with my son & I'm 22 weeks with a girl and eating way too many sweet things 😅 so I'm with you on those vibes!
Loved this video!!! When is your actual due date? I'm also pregnant with our second and just a few weeks behind you sister! I loved your late night cereal snack the most. I've been having a saffron milk latte with some honey and cardamom and it's been so nice. Btw, I sometimes think I can't make a meal unless I have all the ingredients so thanks for showing me that I can!! Even without an onion 😘
Hey, I’m 35 weeks today…so close to your baby. I love what you eat and probably will inspire myself from it, especially since it seems quite suitable for my gestational diabetes, except for the pasta. I also have a snack before bed always now… and eat every 2-3 hours (whereas before being pregnant, I only ate 2-3 times a day)
Oooo I’d love some cottage cheese n tomato on toast right now 😋 great choice! Wishing you all the best on your upcoming labour and delivery 😊good luck 🙂🙂
The Pique supplements look interesting. I love kiwi, so while I was pregnant I ate one every morning which gave me a ton of vitamin C. You're 35! You're a year younger than me. You look so good! When I was towards the end of my pregnancy, I started eating dried dates every day. They are supposed to do the same thing you said the raspberry tea is said to do. I'm not sure if it was the dates, fresh pineapple, or something else, but from the first inkling of labor to the time she was born was only about 3 hours and 20 minutes, no pain meds. Active labor was 45 min and pushing was 20 min. The midwife said if I have another it will probably happen more quickly! We live 45 min away from the hospital so that will be interesting if we have a 2nd. I hope you have/had a quick delivery with this birth!
Hi HealthNut, do you do recipe videos? I would love to know how you made your stuffed capsicums and cookie bites. Enjoy your time with your new little one!
I’m pregnant with my second and I think the age gap is going to be similar to your kids. Im so excited. Also glad your a few months ahead so I can see how the transition to two kids goes 😊
I think it’s going to be a good age gap. Sage is a little more independent and I think she’s going to be a great little helper with baby. It’s going to be so cute to see their relationship
@@HealthNutNutrition amazing age gap (we have the same) My first used to run and bring me a diaper as soon as she would see that I put baby down to change her. 🙃 And loved to push the stroller.
You should try my latest obsession! Roasting a ton of veggies, blending them and putting coconut milk in it (or leave it out) bam. Veggie soup. It’s so good with a piece of sour dough bread or even saltine crackers!
Hi Nikole, I was wondering what brand of collagen you take? Is it diary free bc I’m lactose intolerant and I would like to try it! Ty and I can’t wait to see the new baby! All the best to you ❤
I am a grandma so not been pregnant for about 25 years. But love pasta with marinara sauce and some cottage cheese on the side. Your water bag is probably very strong with all of the C
My craving is avocado toast but definitely tomatoes too! I guess anything salty and savory 🤷🏽♀️ I love cottage cheese and I don’t understand why people don’t know it everywhere Try it with scallion, salt and black pepper 😋
I haven't been able to eat properly for most of my pregnancy😢 the baby is sat on my stomach, so it literally feels like I'm squeezing food through a tiny hole. My last 2 babies were the same lol. I can't wait to give birth potentially this week. Mama needs her food.
Could you do a video on the waiting before baby comes? I’m 39 weeks pregnant with my second baby. The first one arrived suddenly with broken waters with 36 weeks. I’m having a lot of braxton hicks and prodromal labor and am so impatient now 😅
I’m actually filming my last week pregnant as we speak haha just kind of like a random diary vlog of what’s been going gone. Hang in there! Don’t let other people stress you out about your due date. It’s just an estimate
@@HealthNutNutrition You should do the pre pregnancy clothes try on before the baby arrives Lol 😂 It would be such a fun video to do and to look back on 😂
So interesting to see food advice during pregnancy so different per region/country. Here in the Netherlands we can't eat shrimps anymore... baby 1 in 2020 it was okay, my second baby (now 3 weeks old) it's not recommended anymore. I was SO SAD haha!
Wow interesting to see what other pregnant women eat. I gave birth 6 months ago and when I was pregnant I was so strict, I had no stevia as my ob advised against it, no coffee, no cottage cheese, and definitely no fresh squeezed juices as they aren’t pasteurized
No cottage cheese? Not even pasteurised? Wow…I find this surprising, but each body is different. I’ve had freshly squeezed juices though…especially at home where I washed them very well- I think the risk comes from the peels not being properly washed. But I stoped drinking them because of gestational diabetes…
Can you make yourself like these foods? I want to eat healthier so bad but fruit and vegetables make me gag Because of the texture. Same with eggs, if it's not crispy and scrambled I can't do it.
I had opposite pregnancies for both my baby, hormonal acne with my first, clear skin with my second. Sweet cravings with my first, salty with my second. Both are girls:)
Can't wait to see when you have the baby & see Sage's reaction too!
Me too!
Me toooo
Im 25 weeks tomorrow with a boy and all about salty food and clear skin. So excited to follow along your journey with all the new baby content💜

You are really lucky to have the support you do have, so you can focus on yourself and baby, not having to run after a toddler
Oh trust me there is still running after a toddler 😅 she does not care that her mama’s pregnant haha but yes very grateful for Matt and I both being home

Congrats mama!! Happy to share my food cravings 🥰

Super stoked for baby number 2's arrival. Please film as much as possible.
Thank you for these fun videos!! I'm currently 11 weeks and binge watching all of your videos!

I’ve never realized the connivence of a kettle until it broke 🤷🏼♀️ I can’t get enough !
Just watching this video again waiting for the next one to tell us the baby is here!!!! So excited ❤
You look gorgeous mama! I can tell that these last days are the most exciting and scary ones! Hope everything goes well! Praying for you and your family!🫶🏼🙏🏼
I recommend the zwilling kettle! I’m so obsessed and it’s so sleek - looks nice on the countertop

You could swap probably for a chickpea pasta 🍝
Can't Wait For Baby #2 Nikki! :)
Try adding cottage cheese to egg before scrambling! Gamechanger, high protein cheesy goodness, super good with avo and hot sauce
This is such a lovely time, enjoy your newborn bubble❤️
Oooo I’d love some cottage cheese n tomato on toast right now 😋 great choice! Wishing you all the best on your upcoming labour and delivery 😊good luck 🙂🙂
"Your face is glowing and you look beautiful pregnant!!!". I love spaghetti but I have never eaten it with shrimp!!! TFS!!!
Hope you are still feeling well. Love to you, Matt and Sage 😊
I’m 9 weeks and almost everything disgusts me EXCEPT toast, tomato, cream cheese OR cottage cheese. Go figure!
I’m 37 weeks and feel the same about cottage cheese! And even tomatoes.
Soo good!
Stuffed peppers dish looks yummy, would love the recipe!
I use to eat my cottage cheese as a snack mix it with raspberry and pineapple and a teaspoon of maple syrup ❤️

Peanut butter puffins are my FAVORITE cereal!! I don’t get them often bc they’re so expensive tho
We try to stock up when they’re on sale but I also don’t know why they’ve gone up so much in price…
Can’t wait to see the new baby!
Ok love your mugs!! So cute. I have the ninja kettle and you can set the temperatures I love it

the shrimp pasta looks so good, also you remind me of Phoebe from t.v show friends .. eating cereal and using the belly as a table lol :D
Hi
What brand is your blender? Been wanting a blender for some time☺such a beautiful family cant wait to see baby😄
I am a grandma so not been pregnant for about 25 years. But love pasta with marinara sauce and some cottage cheese on the side. Your water bag is probably very strong with all of the C

In the US it's not recommended but they still eat it

So exciting. I think you having a boy...can't wait to see
I think so but we’ll see
Wow interesting to see what other pregnant women eat. I gave birth 6 months ago and when I was pregnant I was so strict, I had no stevia as my ob advised against it, no coffee, no cottage cheese, and definitely no fresh squeezed juices as they aren’t pasteurized
Huh I wonder why no cottage cheese? Never heard of that!
when I was pregnant I was told to eat cottage cheese because I couldn’t handle meat or eggs, thats interesting!
Everyone is different and listening to your doctor/midwife is the most important

I craved all the salty spicy foods when I was pregnant…we waited to find out and had a boy! I def think your having a boy!!!
I craved sweet food with my first girl, salty and spicy with my second girl:)
Good news??
Nobody needs a microwave honestly 😀
❤
Can you make yourself like these foods? I want to eat healthier so bad but fruit and vegetables make me gag Because of the texture. Same with eggs, if it's not crispy and scrambled I can't do it.

I think it’s a boy.. reminds me of my pregnancy especially the salty foods and clear skin.. I had two boys 🩵 💙
I had opposite pregnancies for both my baby, hormonal acne with my first, clear skin with my second. Sweet cravings with my first, salty with my second. Both are girls:)
