In today’s video I share all the behind the scenes of a little spring mom reset and getting some things done and prepped for the week ahead. From laundry to groceries and baking with Sage, it's nice to get caught up with it all and feel on my A game. I also share the importance of what getting ready for the day means to me, and how it really sets the tone for the whole day and productivity.

I love all the videos but i would love to see the how you set up the meal plans, video setups, do you have a VA or are you and Matt "the Team" etc. You have everything so synced, I'm in awe :)
Can you tell us a little more of when you started putting sage in daycare and how that transition was? Did she get sick at all? My little went first 2 days and was out the rest of the week with a fever. What is your morning daycare routine with sage as well. Sorry can you list the vitamins you give her too please? Thank you

I'm enamoured by how Sage wakes up at 730am. My 23 month old wakes up 530/6....!
I went through this with both of mine when they were toddlers. By the time they were 3, they were sleeping until 6:30 - 7. They are almost 6 and almost 9 and still wake up between 6:30 and 7 but on the weekend they stay in their room until 8, so that's something that definitely got much better.

Why do you not say milk ?
Is it necessary
Sage associates it with breastmilk so it’s just something we don’t say in the house unless she is in fact having her milk haha. Now that we’ve stopped she’ll ask randomly for it and so I avoid saying that word so I don’t bring it up and bring it to her attention.
