Yes in the upcoming 4 door AMG GTS (and other AMG models). I don't think its currently implemented in any of the AMG engines. I'm sure it's not far away though.

This is legit one of the select few cars ever to use F1 car fundamentals. The other one I can think of is the Caparo T1 that was once tested on Top Gear. And if I'm not mistaken, it was the late 2000s of F1 at that time.
Technologies developed in F1 have been implemented in road cars for a long time. Active suspension, the use of composites, energy recovery systems etc.
So I don't know where you are comin from with the comment, mate.
