Perfect routine for a surfer with ongoing shoulder and hip tightness - thanks Tim! I would love to do see a surf-specific mobility routine or flow one day! I think it would be similar to this, but with a bit more focus on the neck
I Was on a walk with my phone playing music in my pocket and once I got home all of a sudden I heard you talking with the music...I pulled out my phone and somehow your video started...🤔very odd...but WELCOMED! 🤗So I pulled out my mat and did some of the routine with you. Excellent!!! Loved the mini routine. I wasn’t able to do my session this morning after doing a 4 mile walk. Then work took over until late at night. Great stretch to jump in the shower and go to bed

I did a lot of leaf raking a few days ago. This felt sooo good, hit all the right spots. Maybe just a few more large muscle groups. Or were stress usually locates itself. Thank you

Thanks Tim, I now feel ready for yoga- being older I usually have to warm up myself before starting but now I have a little routine to follow- loved the 30 days when you're in the front room of the house with the brick fire place doing those various mobility exercises- everyone would benefit from them (except the likes of Francesca and Colin maybe- they're already flexible enough) and I think your audience would appreciate them and become better able to move in their asana. Very nice and relaxing routine, finally some video in which I stretch and relax instead of pushing enormously ending with tight muscles. The only thing I am missing is some gentle music at least in the background, that would improve the routine even more:)

I've done this about 3 times and just love it. I'm gonna start doing it daily before my morning workout. I especially liked the one where you're on one knee with the cactus arm and side bend. I have slight double scoliosis and this stretch feels so,so good 👍
Loved this, definitely more of a the same please, especially for the hip area, I’ve had one hip replacement several years ago and will probably need the other one done so I’m trying to ward that off by practicing and so hip mobility exercises are especially important for me Thank you Tim💕
