Hey Tim, I'm a beat behind on your 30-day series, but here are 3 things I'm really enjoying about it so far: 1) focus on shoulders/heart openers. My shoulders have always been super inflexible and after your shoulder class, they felt amazing! I'm going to incorporate that into my weekly practice for sure. 2) Your blend of anatomical and woowoo. I really like how you give pretty detailed anatomical prompts. It's helped me understand the postures better and its very cool how a couple of minor tweaks can really change the feel of a posture. But there's also breathwork, spirituality and those gorgeous backdrops so it doesn't feel clinical. 3) You do Shavasana with us! It bothers me when instructors talk about the importance of this pose, but at the end of the video simply say "ok if you have time now lay in Shavasana for a few minutes". Thank you for incorporating it right into your videos.

Day 18 done! This was amazing and awesome to do, thank you Tim! Listening to the sounds of the waves while in shavasana was heavenly. Very much enjoyed! Also! I went into the Om chant exactly at the same time as you! I think that should be done after every session 😉 Namaste 🙏

Love Love the waves of the ocean, soo relaxing and connecting. Felt like i was on the beach. Also loved chanting with you, as you usually they either too high or too low, with you was a perfect harmony haha have a beautiful day. Stay blessed.

Apparently according to research, day 19 is known as "Quitter's Day" and I was certainly feeling that way, but dragged myself onto the mat and by the end of this flow was feeling significantly better. Still with the challenge, and congrats to everyone else who has made it past this milestone 🙌

Tim, this was perfect for this frosty morning when I still wanted to do yoga outside in the sun. Without a short option I would have practiced inside. Wish my outside was on the beach like yours, but I always love listening to the waves even in the cold. Thank you and namaste

Thank you so much for this gift of the challenge and your classes here. 🙏 i think this year is my 5th for sure (or even 6th) year i do your january challenge and its been something i am looking forward to each year. I really appreciate your authenticity, humor and great tips. And your breathing rythm... in most yoga classes they say "stay for 5 breaths" and i am nearly somewhere in my second and then they continue 😂
I love how my body and energy feels after your very well composed flow. I just read that you can even feel through a video or voice how regulated a person is and your nervous system responds to it and i always feel such a deep relaxation on a deeper nervous system level listening to you, i dont know if it has something to do with that but anyways, thanks for this calmness. Really appreciated! :)

Loved this ♥. I have been off the yoga since the 2023 challenge (but still do a weekly Pilates class). Today I noticed a difference in my ability compared to when I first started the 2024 challenge. I always love your classes. Would appreciate any tips on chair pose, as I never seem to get any better at it. Thanks Tim!
