@@Madtigertv gonna depend on what fan draw it has and what the light wattage is. It’s not gonna handle a BD XL80 and a trail tech fan but it may handle a 15w tusk fan with a 30w headlight. Personally, I want a stator rewind to handle 100 watts.

Just double checking functionality of the headlight when you turn the bike off your light will eventually turn off so if you accidentally leave your switch on it will not drain your battery, correct?

Wondering why is relay needed? I'm no elect expert at all, but i see Slavens post on his fan and headlight wired in with no relay. I'd perfer no relays but am curious. Thanks, Jay
So you don’t have power running when the bike is off. Same way KTM does it on enduro models. No chance of parasitic draw, no on/off switch to remember, also we include auxiliary power. Don’t have three extra ring terminals and harnesses running off the battery. One harness to do it all.

@@SuperCarloschaves below are the two headlight options you can use on the stock stator. For the Cyclops you can only the Trailboss not the pro. There are options to add the headlight mask, mounting straps, and lighting harness in the drop down options.

I heard you have a tusk fan that works on the 2023 husky tx 300 . Does it have wiring harness you can connect to the battery ?
It comes with one but we don’t use the supplied strait to the battery because it has a parasitic draw. We run it to our relayed harness.
Is the Tusk fan constantly running using your harness auxiliary power? Or is there an inline switch?
It has a display to set fan to come on at a certain temperature.

I've been looking at the 23 TX300. I don't know much about electricity, but all the power is coming from the stator. It needs to charge the battery and I'm not sure where your, getting the power to run the fan and the light. I watched another video, and they say that the stator should be checked at Idol, and they don't recommend running anything more than 20watts. Sure, it has the power to run both, but you will never recharge your battery, Is that correct.
We run the light and fan off separate circuits so we can turn the light off if the fan is running for an extended period of time. So far haven’t had any issue running the light and having the fan come on for a short period. Yes MotoMinded made a video load testing and recommended no more than 20 watts. That is not what we found when load testing, more around 30-32 watts. Yes you should load test at idle but also at different rpm ranges. You don’t ride the bike at idle.
@@truenorthmotos9965 What are you basing that 30w off? What kind of "load testing" did you do? Did you just turn on the light and check battery voltage?
