ughh girl don’t do it for a guy do it for yourself but i often combine workouts just to get a deeper routine in as a beginner maybe start off a little slower but totally go for combining them if that’s what you want to do but seriously guys are so meh and they should appreciate you for you do it for yourself and do it to feel good in a bikini or tight clothing or even just looking and the mirror and being able to go damnnn i’m hot, you got this!!
