I used to lift very heavy and be super flexible. As depression has got to me though, I lost both of those capabilities. I’m starting to stretch in my room daily, and work into doing my at home body weight workouts to get myself back into things, and eventually get back into those weights

My lower back hurts when doing the laying back and reverse crunch exercises. I am prone to back pain. Do you have any exercises for strengthening the lower back muscles?
Should my stomach/abdomen be puffing outward when doing some of these exercises? I saw a video about doming and I don’t want to learn the wrong form 🙈 any tips? I also heard in order to contract your core the proper way, you can make the ‘s’ sound. Is that true?
yes the s sound is super effektive! while your doing the exercise expecually when your on your back make sure that your back ist flat on the ground (trust me) and its totally normal that you stomak is "puffing" outwards. wish you luck
Hi girlies i need your help right now. So I did Lilly's 21 min pilates full body workout and I did very little stretch the day after that I had a painful hip ache so I stretched again. Yesterday I did getfitbyivana's hip workout and I stretched but currently my left hip and leg is hurting me. I can't move it so much. What should I do😭😭😭
1. Hey girl! I'm not a professional, but i will say if your doing too many workouts without any rest-days, especially hard core workouts, it can cause soreness and fatigue for a while. Just remeber It's OKAY to take breaks for a while especially when your really sore. But remeber when your body isn't sore anymore you have to go back to the workouts. Otherwise, you could fall back into old habits of not keeping consistency. 2. If your having loads of hip pain like a sharp feel in your hip while working out, it could be that your not doing the workout right. Make sure that you take the time to watch what these people are doing so you can avoid not getting results and bad pains in certain areas, just try to replicate them. 3. Your hip pain could be a medical issue, I would do to the chiropractor or a doctor to get it checked out if this keeps happening. Hope it helps!

So I'm going to date it. Be in the know Day 1, 14/12/24: That's too bad. I struggled excessively and felt the burning. I feel like it's going to work. The reason I do this is because my waist has thickened while increasing my hips and weight. I'll look into it. And I trust you, Lily, patience. Like to remind you💌💌
