I have been doing Lilly's booty exercises (in rotation) with core & hip exercises. At 50, I hear I am heading towards glute dissolution, tummy poofing and general muscle mayhem. Especially after several pregnancies, it is not easy. Nonetheless, I continue with my preventative regime because this is the first time I am getting satisfying results. Thank you so much Lilly!
@@evdokiachristofi100 Your butt will also grow very much. I do every exercise she's doing regularly (I also sometimes skip 5 days in a row or so ) and it pumps your booty. But instead of the diagonal kickbacks I do a few glute bridge variations.. Just have fun with it and do exercises that are the most pleasant to you at the moment.. I refuse squats with a passion, so I do other ones 🤷🏽♀️🫶🏽 Just start.. the results will motivate you.. but don't wait for motivation alone. Just do it and don't think about it very long.
Yassss! I can't wait to try this. I've done a lot these last couple years to reshape my body from underweight to fit and healthy and feminine after recovering from anorexia and wanting to get strong and healthy. I started to plateau once I reached my goal weight gain and actually started to lose weight again when my metabolism sped up, so I'm upping my protein a little and switching up my workout routine to get that shape back. I'll keep you updated on how this works for me, thank you!
MY 14 DAY CHALLENGE ✅: day 1: uncomfortable. Almost gave up 😥 day 2: pushed through!! day 3: felt unmotivated and tired, could only finish half :( day 4: smashed the workout...omg the BURRRRN. it felt good to push through even though it was so hard. ..will keep you posted!
I have been doing this 5 days a week 2 sometimes 3 rounds with 5 min break in-between and my booty looks and feels so much different ! I love this routine so much this week I added ankle weights with a booty band and it's so intense ! Thank you !

I just finished the 7 day feel good for summer prep and i am so proud and shocked at myself for finishing it! i havent done consistent exercise like this in probably over a year and so to do this is a big accomplishment for me. (most of the reason for me to do this is to help me perform better on exams because obviously there are alot of benefits from exercising) Thank you Lilly!!!! you really pushed me in this and I'm probably going to go on and do some of the other one week or two week challenges over the next month or so. I feel stronger now and on the designated rest day I felt buzzing with a desire to workout with one of your live videos. I look forward to exercising with more of your videos in the future. :)

Just finished the 5 day boots lift resistance challenge I did it for 15 days, saw a huge diffrence, now hoping to sort the banana roll out 🤣. Day 1 - this was hard, my legs had a mind of there own lol, opposite thigh to the one doing the move is 🔥. Just finished any my legs are shaking slightly. Day 2 - legs are sore from yesterday. Day 3 - moves are getting easier Took a 1 day break, sore legs 😅 Day 4 - my form in 100% better can feel the correct muscles working on 🔥.
As I know one of the most important things when it comes to boost results are REST DAYS. I really appreciate when I'm presented a workout routine BUT also a calendar.
My right leg was crying. Lol But I'm proud of myself for pushing through it (with little breaks in between) even though I was doing it for the first time. Woot! Imma keep doing this. I like the pace of this, not too fast like other workouts. Thank you! 💖

This is a more glute focused workout, so primarily you will strengthen and tighten the glute muscles but you are also working legs (mostly hamstrings). 😊

General question but first want to say thanks so much for doing all of your very helpful and very effective videos you’ve helped me start transforming my body finally I found something that works on me and shows results your a great instructor so and you look terrific !! I have a general question for anyone on here that may know how to go about this I’m open to any help and it’s. Appriciated . So I have this pouch which did get bigger the last six years it s always been my troubles area even when I was 128 pounds but now I’m 165 pounds and it totally sucks I’m close to being. Forty ish and notice how slow the process is now compared to 10 years ago when I could get instant results by the end of two weeks but now I rarely see anything Anyways if I want to flatten my lower belly and h burn belly fat mainly but am trying to lose 30 pounds all together should I be doing ab exercises do they help burn fat or should I just do cardio and start working abs after losing weight I’m curious because I’ve heard I am building up muscle when working to flatten abs and it will actually make me look thicker if it dosnt burn fat which I’m not having much luck at doing period 3 months straight and weighed in 1 time a month same 165 or 163 in 3 rd month that’s nothing for all the time I’ve put in daily for three months any advice would help I’m feeling stuck and like I can’t change my body anymore I do feel toner however in butt legs my jeans fit better in that area but stomach still have muffin Top on sides and in front I hate it and getting dressed is a chore and takes a long time daily trying to cover up all my bad areas and it’s summer coming up and I’m piling u my clothes trying to hide my body it’s a terrible feeling and I want it to change been 6 years sence I put a bathing suit in and went swimming and I was a swimmer my hole life love the pool and water but can’t look at myself in a bathing suit anymore it’s to sad for me anyways thanks for any suggestions god bless

I did this for two weeks no skip days and i see change, i gained 3 cm and my booty is more lifted than before i highly recommend

This is a more glute focused workout, so primarily you will strengthen and tighten the glute muscles but you are also working legs (mostly hamstrings). 😊

Idk if it’s much but I’ve never worked out PROPERLY before, like I’ve had results but ygm.
Anyways I’m gonna be doing this probably every day, I know they say you need a rest day but I feel like I need to do it otherwise I would feel like I’ve not really accomplished anything that day.
So yes doing this everyday
Gonna cut out unhealthy foods
Eat all my proper food
Swap out my chocolate for a fruit I would genuinely eat,
And I go out on walks a lot anyways
I can’t go gym rn, one it’s money I don’t have atm and 2 I’m just too scared 😂

General question but first want to say thanks so much for doing all of your very helpful and very effective videos you’ve helped me start transforming my body finally I found something that works on me and shows results your a great instructor so and you look terrific !! I have a general question for anyone on here that may know how to go about this I’m open to any help and it’s. Appriciated . So I have this pouch which did get bigger the last six years it s always been my troubles area even when I was 128 pounds but now I’m 165 pounds and it totally sucks I’m close to being. Forty ish and notice how slow the process is now compared to 10 years ago when I could get instant results by the end of two weeks but now I rarely see anything Anyways if I want to flatten my lower belly and h burn belly fat mainly but am trying to lose 30 pounds all together should I be doing ab exercises do they help burn fat or should I just do cardio and start working abs after losing weight I’m curious because I’ve heard I am building up muscle when working to flatten abs and it will actually make me look thicker if it dosnt burn fat which I’m not having much luck at doing period 3 months straight and weighed in 1 time a month same 165 or 163 in 3 rd month that’s nothing for all the time I’ve put in daily for three months any advice would help I’m feeling stuck and like I can’t change my body anymore I do feel toner however in butt legs my jeans fit better in that area but stomach still have muffin Top on sides and in front I hate it and getting dressed is a chore and takes a long time daily trying to cover up all my bad areas and it’s summer coming up and I’m piling u my clothes trying to hide my body it’s a terrible feeling and I want it to change been 6 years sence I put a bathing suit in and went swimming and I was a swimmer my hole life love the pool and water but can’t look at myself in a bathing suit anymore it’s to sad for me anyways thanks for any suggestions god bless
