Honestly I never do this kind of things 1 : stretching and I really need to , the hip section is just a block of concrete 2 writing reviews ... This video is so well done ! I went through a couple of other people before finding you and you definitely set the bar very high . It feels like I am at a private lesson you explain very well for beginners like me but don't waste time doing it . Congrats to you and keep working hard .

Merry Christmas Tom. Best Christmas present. I just finished. I managed to get through to the end. I needed a yoga block for that last one. It really helped. At the 22 minute mark and 46 minute mark, I was saying "Ow God man...what the heck?" This one was great. Thank you so much.

I've started 5k daily running challenge, im on day 23, i tried the recent runners stretch video on the 10th day and have been doing it since on alternate days , it has definitely helped me a lot!!!!

I recently found and subscribed to your channel. I’m likely not your target audience (59 year old female), but I’ve been working out for 35 years and am always looking for new things to try. I did this one today after leg day yesterday and it felt great.
I really love the longer format.
Tom this is really good, the variations on “fast” vs “slower” at the end, plus the PNF . It’s just getting better, like you once told me have fun in your videos and it will workout.

Thank you. Your voice is very relaxing which makes it more enjoyable and easier to relax in the stretches.
I did that 90/90 stretch few months ago. Obviously not flexible as you but wasn’t pushing hard either. And got injured, now I cant sit on my hills and when I try it feels tight and somewhat painful on the outer side behind the knee (slightly above it - where the big tendon is). Had some physio massage done on it but no improvement.
Hey, i did it for the first time and i was like, ooh im tired, its too long, i prefer 20 min routine . But i finish it and i feel better and my posture was significally better so lets continue doing it 3 times a week . Thanks Tom
