It's like my least favorite position because I never got better at it (I've been super stiff almost my whole childhood/teenagehood), but today I felt how practicing it could feel good and relaxing. The modified pike with the arms wrapped around the thighs to slowly extend the legs is my new favorite stretch! Feels so good when I breathe deep into it. Feels even better when I tilt my head side to side. THANK YOU!

The night one is to relax you for bed. The morning one is to mobilize you and energize you for the day. For flexibility, try focusing on getting a standing pike. That's the first benchmark of flexibility.

V1, V2 and V3 are my no 1 go to Flexibility routines from almost 2.5 years

I love this as it helps me relax especially after running a lot, really tightens you up. Video came in clutch!

it is better doing it exactly like on the ground but standing. At least for hamstring beginners like me

i tried the hip flexor one & it was really uncomfortable, squeezing glutes didnt help
