    When I looked at the time and realized it was more than an hour before my alarm normally goes off, I knew it meant I’d have time for this routine, the longest of my morning stretching videos (yes, “relaxed evening” also mean “slow morning”). Thanks for so much great content! “Essentially, we’re gonna lie here, and we’re gonna breathe.” I appreciate this method of waking up.

    After a e-dance workout, it was surprisingly super relaxing. And I never knew I could try the pancake from my sofa. It's like my least favorite position because I never got better at it (I've been super stiff almost my whole childhood/teenagehood), but today I felt how practicing it could feel good and relaxing. Thank you so much !!

    The modified pike with the arms wrapped around the thighs to slowly extend the legs is my new favorite stretch! Feels so good when I breathe deep into it. Feels even better when I tilt my head side to side. THANK YOU!

    It was all good except for the pancake, I couldn’t even get my legs to stay straight, let alone bend over onto something. That felt like an advanced stretch thrown into a beginner mix. Still, thanks for putting this together!

    The stretch where you hug your legs is very stressful for my lower back. Should I do a standing pike instead?

    My back is very rounded in this position. What can I do instead? I tried putting a yoga block between my stomach and my thighs but that didn't help much.

    Evening midday morning there are too many of them... i couldnt find the correct one for me. It makes me confuse. Im the beginner and my body is not flexible at all. Which one you prefer to me please give me a link guys...

      The night one is to relax you for bed. The morning one is to mobilize you and energize you for the day. For flexibility, try focusing on getting a standing pike. That's the first benchmark of flexibility.

      Can be done sat in anyway you like (sofa, chair etc)
