Seeing this, I think it's already time to get ready for summer. I would really like to get shredded, and these tips are just what I need right now. I am going to gym almost every day, and working out as hard as I can. I got a meal plan from Next Level Diet to help with my eating schedule. I hope I will get to my goal before summer.

QUESTION: I noticed that CG's refeed involved his carbs being bumped up and fats slightly decreased; his calories have only increased by 100. Are there any hard and fast rules with refeeds? So am I right in saying that when we refeed, just bump the calories up by around 5% and makeup that 5% calories surplus with carbs?

Try to avoid taking vit d at night since it can mess up with your circadian rhythm and ruin your sleep.
Dont go this low on fat in your diet guys. You can get away with it if you take peds. Keep fat as high as you can during a diet for optimal hormone levels. Chip away carbs and keep fat at like 1g/kg bw
