My favorite part: when you were talking about the material of clothing and asking Max if you could have his manufacturing overseas info and him not giving you it and you taking that as a learning moment and as a appreciation that he said no because it forced you to learn how to acquire it yourself. Not taking the easy road. Love the grind! And love max and dood too!
Favorite part: that you and Heidi can go to the gym together and make a change in your normal schedule and how it refocused you and made you less tired than normal. Love to see a strong couple doing amazing things together.
I would love those shoes due to me being a runner and doing my first marathon on April 30th in Louisville, KY. I commented on the shoes in the last video which is crazy that you are giving some away in the next one :). Thank you again for all that you do and how you keep me motivated!

He opens up, is willing to be vulnerable and isn’t afraid to talk about his struggles, insecurities and the dark side of things that we his fans don’t see/feel. It shows is he is a real human and struggles with things just like us.

@@firestara4830 Gymshark was good back in the day when Christian was an ambassador but their quality now is as shit as myprotein.. My Alphalete clothing is still after multiple washes the same quality as when I first got it.. Perhaps he got an idea to try to step down as CEO but that is still a desicion he had to make for himself, you cant just copy something another company is making, gymshark will fade soon enough as the hype dies and people notice its just overpriced shit

Favorite part(s)- Macro play by play grocery haul is OG Christian and so good to see, however seeing the emotion and story of perseverance in the podcast interview was such a special thing to watch.
I love how you leave it all on the line. You've built this brand into something amazing; I love seeing how you juggle so many different hats and yet continue to grow / do more
Favorite part: CG discussing Alphalete’s growth and his desire to focus on the creativity side of the business. I do not believe he needs to step down as CEO but instead hire a strong COO to focus on operations and managing the day to day activities. Most entrepreneurs reach this point when businesses are in the middle of growth phase.
Favorite part: the business interview. I also liked the little intro music you edited in before the montage haha
Favorite part: How Christian picked out unripe avocado's and Heidi said: "You're good at other things ". The whole scene, the editing and the avocado song included, really made me laugh

The impact/success that he is talking about (specifically the one he made) is about perspective and is subjective. Most people will not make the impact that HE made. A lot of variables have to be taken into consideration for someone to have such a blessing of an opportunity that Christian had. I disagree with him saying that "anyone" can make that same scale of impact/success (only a VERY few will).

Favorite Part: Seeing Christian break the 200s, such a small moment in the video but seeing how excited and pumped you got is what made it my favorite part. Reminded me of when I finally was able to break 200s back in 2019 after spending most of my life over 280+ and was able to keep myself under that until 2020 where it all fell down and I went back up to 250 and now starting summer shredding again and actually watching these videos everyday is making me pumped to break the 200s again. Such a small moment in the video but that moment is what made me the most pumped and excited I’ve been in 2 years. Keep it up CG!
