I don't understand how they can work out at the gym and drenched in sweat and not take a shower immediately.. sometimes even go to meeting or haircut after workout.

Anyone feels like shit when they diet as fast as he does. You aren't getting enough food to recover properly and still trying to lift heavy. This is normal prepping for a show
Rudy Melo Absolutely right, man. You only have such a minimal timeframe to get as trim as possible, so the body will react accordingly... shredding can be tough. I hope the ill feelings improve as his body gets more used to the regimen
Kuddos on the increase in micros! Proud of you! Lol. Watching your videos last year and years before I would kinda cringe at times. Hope you’re noticing an increase in energy bc of all the extra vitamins and minerals 🙌🙌
pro cooking tip, add spinach last and only cook it for 10-20 seconds. Its not supposed to crumble and shrink :p (not 100% sure it is spinach tho but it generally applies to all "leaves" that you cook. =)

Why do you eat 310g of carbs? I eat less than that to lose weight Im eating 236g Protein/Carbs and 90g fat= total 2,700 Calories. Its kinda hard to match protein and carbs. ok Christain, i'm confused, because in your macro breakdown you said you always do bwx14-500, u currently weigh 179. 179lbsx14-500=2006 calories, and your eating 2580 calories today and not doing cardio, very confused by what your telling us your doing and what your really doing. Like u said your not gonna do hardly any cardio, then after I saw u lost a ton of weight, u revealed you were doing cardio 5 times a week at that time. Just be honest with us please. Cynthia Chapa I use it and personally don’t taste any difference from regular table salt and pink salt. The only thing is that in my opinion it salts the food easier.. like, you don’t need as much to taste it.

Connie Johnson sugar is a carb and he’s tracking his macros (carbs, protein, fats) so essentially yes he’s tracking sugar.
