The water comes from water il the gas. Condensation in the tank. Make sure you clean the gas tank. Put in fresh gasoline in tank. I have a wd allas Chalmers that has a carb like that. Mine would only run with choke half on. I pulled it apart. Took out the main jet out and cleaned it. Same problem. There was a blob of dried varnish in side the body where the main jet went, when I got that out the tractor ran great. Keep the videos coming good job.

Thanks for the kind words. Water tends to get places in these old tractors no matter how careful you are. Especially if they park outside.

Surprised you did not pull and clean inlet screen or power valve.

Wow! I had to go back and rewatch the video. I sure intended to remove and clean the elbow/strainer assembly but not sure I did?!
The power valve/jet was boogered up a bit so we had to clean things the best we could.
      Thanks for watching and commenting!

Did you put the carb In a sonic cleaner? Does it have water?

No sonic cleaner here! Good ole carb cleanin’ juice is all.
In our neck of the prairie humidity, sideways rain storms and blizzards can help water get into spots it shouldn’t be for sure.
