School Drains Not Connected - Two Blockages In One!

- In this video we've got smells from some urinal in an office building it's a familiar building we have been to before, I've got a pretty good idea where it's coming from, we've also got a some drainage in a school, some storm water drainage that hasn't been connected and then we've got a blockage it starts as a sewage blockage and then turns into a kitchen sink blockage

Great video, it never ceases to amaze me how quick fixes like that bit of plastic over the missing cover become long term bodges!!
Exactly the same on so many sites and frustrating when the fix isn't even particularly costly.
its an annoying quick fix iv suggested a new cover so many times, but they just over look it because its not causing a problem until now. Iv been in there again since and they were replacing the two internal manhole covers and the gully cover :)
Good video! I like the variety of jobs. One question I have is why anyone would use a soak away. I have seen several plumbers work with soak away systems and they are always problems.

Temporary permanent bodge Proper Job.Do low water use cisterns and quilted toilet paper cause most domestic blockages. No fat into sink and caustic soda crystals once a month but would that affect the septic tanks bacteria?

I know the Aussies have significantly different market but they do a camera survey as soon as they pop the blockage you know ;). Now it might be because they need the content of course.... but
It is a great screen, ideally you would i always say to people if it blocks again within 6 months have a survey as it may be have just been a one off blockage, obviously if we think there is an issue we recommend it as well.
Job 3: Running open grey water and rain gullies into a septic system? That’ll never turn out to be a problem, right? 🤦🏻♂️
