I am facing the same issue. I have a 10-year-old patient. She had contractures on the knee. (Knee flexion is limited). I am already following the same treatment protocol but the prognosis is poor.
Can you please guide me on how to deal with it at the advanced stage?

Try doing soft tissue massage for reducing contractures and relaxing muscles and then follow the mentioned protocol.
