      A safe healthy alternative to sleeping pills is Melatonin. Works for me. (Old person) Believe me you're going to need your rest for after the birth. Best wishes.

    • @Blurredfury22
      @Blurredfury22 3 роки тому +1

      taking Melatonin can change your natural production of melatonin and cause you to be dependent on it. So not exactly “healthy”.
      Speaking from experience.

    • @jeanburk9539
      @jeanburk9539 3 роки тому +1

      Of course you would consult with your doctor, before taking any supplement, especially being pregnant. As thia article says, start with a lower dose, say 1 - 3 mg. There are studies that say it should not interfere with your own natural production, but go off it periodically, or just use it the odd time you need it, if that concerns you. Melatonin is quite effective, but sometimes may not work, when some psychological disturbance overrides it. You can get up to go pee, look after the baby (but someone should watch you so you don't go back to sleep while feeding), or escape a fire, but don't opperate machinery.

    Homemade tots? Si papi! (I was hoping one of the boys would throw that in again.) The tots and sauces look so good and the bowls are so CUTE. 😏 😁 Keep up the epic editing.

    I’m 22 years old, I shouldn’t know the schwing reference. But I’m a hybrid of old and young. I’m the last of my species and I appreciate you for bringing me back to the days before I was born. Ahh good times. 😂
    Btw you were either a 90’s kid or a poor 2000’s kid and I was the latter.

    Do you have a STG logo slip-on pot holder for the skillet? Isnt there a silicone material that can take the higher heat? Thanks Sam & Co. !

    Rather than grating by hand I’m a big fan of the salad shooter. Great kitchen tool. Easy to clean up as well.

    The original Tater Tots were made using the scraps from the production of fries, including the skins. I will be making these but plan on using the skins also. I'll let you know how they turn out. (The sauces look incredible by the way!)

    Stop using Asian term when making something “Asian” there’s many countries in Asia and they’re all not the same. Say Chinese not asian. White man

    I cooked these up tonight. I did some hand rolled, but they didn’t look as good as Sam’s (even though I watched closely). I also rolled some up in plastic wrap and froze partially. Then I unrolled, and sliced. I was worried about the smooth ends but no one complained. I cooked at 356/180. Don’t go too hot. I was worried about burning and some weren’t cooked as well as they could have been, because they were too thick. I also partially froze the hand rolled ones while waiting for family to get home, so that could have been a factor. A nice change in potato routine. I love tater tots but being insulin resistant, can’t indulge very often :(

    Hey STCG! Became a fan of the channel last year... first time commenting. I watched this video and promptly went out to buy some white truffle oil and made the truffle garlic sauce. Because of this channel, I roast my garlic, this time roasted it with the white truffle oil... That ish is the best sauce I've ever had, and my wife agrees. Thank you!
