I can’t believe that he cosplayed as Walter White for this episode, his dedication never ceases to amaze me

i like how Andrew started his sauces by being like "well a fast-food chain wouldn't make realy honey mustard" and ended them by making ketchup from scratch.
Ah, the duality of man
I do wish he'd gone a little deeper with the honey mustard. Honey mustard fascinates me because (at so many places) neither honey nor mustard are that high on the ingredient list. Some are basically yellow sugar, others are mostly mayonnaise.
@@Promatimbest honey mustard I've ever had was mayo, mustard, honey, soy sauce, thyme and I think garlic powder (plus some water for consistency)
"Blend in the blender until blended."
I love clear instructions.
The fact that the sole purpose of this channel is to be experimental with cooking following trends like shows and movies but being serious enough to showcase budget meals or quick recipes really proves that it doesn't take much to gain an enormous subscriber count. You simply just need to be genuine. Love it. Been watching this channel since covid for inspiration and glad I started watching when I did.
that's also adam ragusea
Not true, you also have to be lucky
I have to say that I really love that you brought back your old-school formula of videos. Where you take a dish from a show and reinvent it your way.
Congrats on 10 million brother, that's huge!
Only 9.99 million
Can’t wait to see what you’re gonna do for the 10million subscriber special!
That’s what every episode is. You guys comment this on every episode and that’s already what every episode is.

@@subcumin7410 OH SNAP MUTHAFUCHER!!
This scene is incredibly funny and memorable and this cooking video is much more about the sauces but I refuse to believe “tater tots from” would ever be followed by anything but “Napoleon Dynamite” so I’m glad Andy knew to fix it halfway through
Came here to say the same. I was worried when I clicked on the video. I said "Andrew, how could you possibly make tater tots and not have them be from Napoleon Dynamite"
I think it's crazy that shortly after this scene, the character offs himself with an AED. Just goes from eating tater tots and franch to being zapped to death
My thoughts exactly.
@@king_fitz9931 Wow, Napoleon Dynamite is so different to how I remember it!
@@king_fitz9931 One way or the other, musta been one heck of a tot.
Way to go Babish!!! Congratulations on the 10M! So incredibly deserved.
wow Babs. congrats on 10 million. seems like yesteryear (6yrs) i was watching my first episode with the frasier intro with great food cross sections in your OG kitchen and now i have a Babish cookbook, many likes on your various videos and a Kendall crush. i appreciate fantasy/sci-fi fans & food experts. keep on cookin
The Cajun mayo was one of the only times I’ve seen a creator do Cajun cuisine right. Used the trinity along with the accouterments (garlic, pepper corns, etc.) and then didn’t just load it with cayenne pepper, but actually fitted the spice to the flavor with the jalapeño. I love when people realize that Cajun doesn’t automatically equal spice, but the amalgamation of Southern, African, and Caribbean flavors assembled in a French method.
he threw in the garlic and I said "yeah can't forget the pope"
He truly learned a lot from Isaac Toups Cajun episode
Exactly. I felt a certain pride when I saw him make that using proper ingredients.
amen brother
But at the same time he got French dressing completely wrong, because it seems like he's not that familiar with it. Familiarity = accuracy.
This channel is amazing, I cant believe Andrew said “it’s bingin time” and binged all over the place, truly one of the channels ever
Bravo Babish
Get out.
this is the moment andrew became binginburg

This is the exact moment when Andrew made tater tots. Bravo Vince. (And congrats on 10 million subs!)

They look a bit overdone lol.
Andrew Tater tots?
@@smolbean2263 do you eat those in a Bugatti?
After all of these years I always thought they were chicken nuggets, but tater tots make much more sense.
Yeah same lol
Ugh not another one. Nuggets don’t crunch that loud
@@xplatypus516
Relax, buddy
@@xplatypus516 yeah they can
@@Samstar369 Relax? Relax?? i'll let you know, no one man has more knowledge on the subject of nuggets more than this man, their flavour, the right brand, the right breading, or, the right crunch if you may, he knows it all! He's very deep into the nugget-lore that his wife and kids left him because he saw them as inferior to the perfection of nuggets, don't EVER take this man so lightly
Congrats on 10 million!!!!!keep making amazing food while making as laugh at the same time
Hands down the best food UA-cam channel! You make me hungry every time I watch your videos babish ! Thank you for what you do!
I’ve been subscribed for years. It’s amazing how much this community has grown and how famous Andrew has gotten. Congrats on 10 million
I agree congrats on 19 subs
I was so enveloped in the sauce making that I completely forgot he was also making tater tots. I genuinely trhought to myself for a moment, "Wait, what are these potatoes for?"
Congratulations on 10 millions Babish. Keep the awesome content coming 💯💯
I am very happy to watching how he started his sauces ❤
I've been a fan of the channel since almost the very beginning. My family still talks about your cubano sandwiches from the Chef episode that I made for them several years ago. You continue to impress with your consistent quality while also bringing in fresh new ideas and faces. Congratulations to you and your team on this milestone and I wish you and the channel the very best!
Wow. Only 2-1/3 years after this was promised in the Pollos Hermanos video, but it was still worth the wait. Either way, congratulations on reaching 10 million subscribers, Babish. We’re eagerly looking forward to seeing what you still have in store for us.
Nearly?
@@anti-ethniccleansing465 That was quick! Yay, Babish is getting a platinum play button!

:D Thought you’d like to know how fast it happened haha.
this recipe my mom makes honey mustard with is mayo, spicy brown mustard and honey, salt and pepper to taste comes out perfect every time.
The first video i watched of yours was How to reverse-sere steak. Crazy how much your channel has exploded. You and your team deserve it.
I remember when Andrew only had like 3 episodes and barely reaching 20k+ views. So crazy it’s been 7 years of watching this channel. Awesome to see the growth.
Wow... you an og...
Thank you for including Napolean Dynamite. The title says tater tots and that is the very first place that my mind goes..
Bro I'm seriously so glad I wasn't the only one 😭😭
I love tater tots and have always thought about making them from scratch but it never seemed worth the hassle. Still doesn't seem worth the hassle, but seeing someone else do it was still cool.
To this day, I still think of how Andrew could have simply turned the glass jar sideways for easy tot acquisition...
I’m very happy you included napoleon dynamite, would love to see more videos based off food from napoleon dynamite like from the opening with credits but in your own take on it or the egg drinks and sandwhiches from the farm would be kinda neat
“The defect in this one is bleach”
Absolutely! Napoleon Dynamite is fantastic.
I need him to huck a steak at someone like uncle rico does
Make yourself a dang quesa-dilla, Andrew!
I was expecting him to put some in his pants pocket and his wife to come kick his leg. 😂
The fact that I've been watching since he made his first Traeger Turkey Burger is... really, really too incredible for words. Watching his crew grow alongside his studio was honestly so fun.
Love your content Babish. Congrats on 10 Million subs!
Thank you for the po-tay-to reference. Made me chuckle. Great video as always. 😊
He finally did it! What a well deserved 10 mil, congrats!
An awesome idea to make for your 10 million subs video are Cake-flavored Pizza & Pizza-flavored Cake from Gravity Falls
"the last drop of orange-red snot" Thank you for so eloquently encapsulating why I don't like eating raw tomatoes.
I am very happy to watching how he started his sauces
I really appreciate that you include your mistakes. Like dumping the extra liquid smoke and having to start over. It just really humanizes what you're doing and makes it more approachable.
Oh, sooo tempted to do the tots..
As for the dressings.... I'd say my favorite for tots is a bit of salt, and white vinegar
I never thought about the process of making tater tots until this episode. Truly amazing how easy it is to make something at home when you think about it. Great video not big on the sauces but whatever.
I love how most of the recipes are like "ketchup and corn syrup"... and the cajun mayo is super-gourmet. (Most cajun mayo I've seen is just mayo our of the jar plus a little pre-mixed cajun spice.) And then the ketchup! (Try making some with tamarind... or with curry. There are so many great variations.)
Oooo tamarind ketchup sounds amahzing
I am very happy to watching how he started his sauce
Your 10 million subs video should be making the Ethiopian Dish that Marge, Bart, & Lisa were eating from The Simpsons episode, "The Food Wife"
100%!
Yes yes and yes!
I'd love that but also it's kinda tradition for it to be a regular show dish
I’d unironically love to see that!
I believe it was either Doro or Siga Wat.
Congrats on 10 million, Babish! Its been a fun ride so far, you and your team's uploads are always a highlight of my week!
All Sauces Negotiated, the NPR Babish show we've all been waiting for.

As I look at your books on my shelf, I am so happy how far you have come. You make people's lives better. Congratulations!
A well deserved 10 million subscribers dude. This channel isn't just a channel but a trendsetter and it truly only gets better and better. Appreciate your contribution to the culinary arts with class, style, and humor, making fictional reality and reality... like... more reality. ???
Congratulations to Binging with Babish. You're a part of the elite UA-cam few who can boast they have now earned 10 million subscribers.
That was such a great episode 😊
How have you not made tucos burritos yet? That episode always makes me hungry.
congratz on 10 million Babish!! you've come so far since the old days, and we're all so proud of you :'D you deserve every bit of the love and attention along the way, your team too
congrats on 10 mil, and thank you for making these videos, i have used several of your recipies with my own family, much to their enjoyment.
I learned a bit on how to play the last episode's song Baby Blue on nylon guitar.
That was such a great episode
Congrats and thank you Andrew and team.
Can't remember which "I saw that on TV so now I want to eat it" first brought me here, but as well as the fun of recreations from TV and movies and games I've genuinely learnt a lot from watching basics, my Mac and Cheese is now made the Babish way for example and I have become a fan of the toast on inside only sandwich a la Moistmaker.

Never thought I’d see a Double episode!

I’ve been here since the beginning some odd 6 years ago. I still miss the frasier intro, I even went back to re watch some of the original episodes to quench my nostalgic thirst. CONGRATS BABISH!
Watched this episode yesterday lol, very nice
All recipes are so amazing
My go to channel for impressing guests with a fantastic meal. From the bottom of my heart thank you for all you do for us!
Ive been watching your videos for years, youve awoken my love for cooking. Thank you so much for making us these videos!
For anyone wondering just how strong liquid smoke is and if dumping extra in would really ruin the barbecue sauce, go watch Ordinary Sausage's video "Steak Boiled in Liquid Smoke". Spoiler, he describes the resulting monstrosity as tasting like wet cigarettes. Use liquid smoke sparingly.
this scene is in my head EVERY... TIME I dip my tots
Actually so insane that this channel is at 10 million subs. I still remember finding this channel six years ago sitting in my high school cafeteria watching with my friends from culinary class. So crazy how far it’s come ❤
idk man, judging by your featured video you are a bot. not sure though

Tater tots are underrated and I'm glad that you showed them love. I can't wait to attempt to make and enjoy them
I like how at 1:43 he uses store ketchup but at 4:05 he makes homemade ketchup

Outstanding work
Your recipes are amazing ❤️
The fact that he had taters and proceeded to boil them makes me happy. If only he had mashed them or stuck them in a stew.
He was making tots though...
I cannot remember the last time I had tater tots, but hey, maybe Babish can make them appealing enough to try again.
Who am I kidding? Of course he can!
You know I never get tater tots very often but I do really like tater tots
Tater tots are better than chips or fries.
@@Alizudo I think it depends on my mood when compared with chips but I definitely like tater tots a lot more than frys
