Add a air-capacitor on the intake side, roughly 3-5 times the engine size. Won’t work well otherwise. You will get a bit of turbo lag but at least you will get more power and build pressure
Why don't you try with a bldc 12 volt blower in the air intake after the air filter ,that changes its speed according to throttle position? I think it would work as a supercharger ?
My bike with this turbo on it has 60psi oil pressure. I have a 1mm restrictor in the oil supply line which is required to stop the oil overcoming the seals in the turbo. No problems on the track or dyno.
this is very important as is turbine size, amount of boost your running will determine fuel, all kinds of factors to keep in mind that are VERY important or you will have a laggy turbo, blow your motor, all kinds of crap, you truly do have to know what your doing when you turbocharge an N\A (naturally aspirated motor), can not just strap a turbo on and thumbs up, lol. I wish😂 I'd be doing this to my little 80cc 2-stroke motorized bicycle, if that were the case. you know.....
personally blow threw carburettors are cool but you need to use a specialised carbs for it you can't use the stock carb since it's creating a vacuum already through the passing of forced air in the intake plus the vacuum your getting from the engine side so basically your idle jet will be active when it shouldn't be and the same for the main jet basically creating false positives in your fuel timing and also can make it run too rich and too lean when it shouldn't be.
Comments about a single not working with a turbo are ill-informed. Good kits are available for scooters although often used on larger engines. I have the same turbo on a 125cc although it is a twin and it's working reasonably well. It's obvious from the video that further tuning is required. Speaking from experience, this will take forever and drive you crazy. I don't see why the carb wouldn't work and it should be a lot easier to sort than EFI. I have a large turbo bike with draw-through carb and the twin is EFI and the carb was 100s of times easier to tune
this is a light motorcycle, their power is from 50 to 125 cubic meters, they are made in china, such a motor can be found on some honda motorcycles, very popular in Russia, china, india and other countries, and also very cheap

@@paradiselost9946 And that's not a problem for turbo applications. you won't have as stable of boost, but it makes boost all the same. Making a boost tank (like what boostedboiz did with his turbo grocery cart) helps a lot from what I understand.
One way valve on the oildrain and a better case breather... have to stop the case pressure blowing back up through the turbo. It happens. Plenum chamber...

Hello, what program did you use to modify the computer and what cables did you use?
Hello, what program did you use to modify the computer and what connections did you use?
I would if you gave more details on how to do this honesty , like how to hook up the o2 sensor to a small engine that doesn’t have one and etc
My wife prob thinks I’m watching more lawn mowing videos 😂
🤣🤣 I hope you're still with you're wife after this video if not then you probably might want to stop watching lawn mowing videos

Proper way to do it is to add plenum size behind the throttle body, then you only need 75-125% of engine displacement vs 300-500% to be effective.
@@natereinhold6180 ah nice. Thanks for the clarification 👍
@Johannes both work. Adding plenum size is harder to do (ie. More fabrication) but works better.
No idea what you guys are talking about.... but i wish i did... care to elaborate what these things are?
can someone tell what plenum size is?
Thats an improved turbo oil drain from your last turbo build
Clutches bro, clutches!
the "tshhh" sound is cool bro
What is the function of putting oil in the turbo? Is it a replacement for an intercooler?
to cooling down the turbo itself & for turbo bearing lubricants system
It ain't fast, just loud,
It's a 125cc engine. Adding turbo on an engine adds horse power and torque improving performance. So yeah it's louder.
i can feel the torque right infront of my screen
Nobody asked you

I was gonna say no pipe straight out the turbo sounded so cringe on a 2v 190 not even a 4v Jesus brooooo

Great DIY
so how about the performance did you get from that 125cc turbocharger??
can it have more HP than Suzuki shogun R125cc??
Nice exhaust 👌🫡😅💖
i hear it spooling!, runs so much better than the lst one
The oil line from the Turbo back to the Motor, is whit a lot of air bubbles. That will damage/total the hole system. Make a tank between it.
It's gourgeous but also looks like something mr bean would ride
did it give any boost? by how much? thanks! cool vid btw
A boost in oil consumption yeah, Performance probly not
The waste gate sounds like it’s opening it’s definitely making boost
That makes me happy
Makes a good leaf blower.
Well done! I wonder that the alternator can deliver enough current to also drive fuel pump and EFI !
Signore, sono molto contento di questo video e mi sento aiutato da questo video, il mio lavoro diventa più facile
Nice work .Is the exhaust air flow strong enough to rotate the turbo?

Which EFI kit did you use?
Not enough exhaustgas from 1 cilinder, no constant pressure
cool project!
This is actually cool I’m not going lie 😂😂
Now that’s an itty bitty Teenie weenie turbo!
Where did you get the efi kit please?
Aliexpress
Super Cool!😊
Where did you get the turbo to buy I have a 125 Chinese brand I want to do the same
estoy tan impresionado de lo que hizo que si estuviera en mi pais le pediria dos
The turbo is of no use when starting, it needs a rate to start its work❤
could explain me , full pump with dashbord is for what?
Hi, Instead of turbo, what about RAM air intake?
I have used it and found little useful.
I have a question, can i tune a cdi based bike? Like i want to tune my cdi system like we do ecu tuning in cars and bigger bikes
Excellent
Any advice I'm trying to turbo my 225 Yamaha TTR
Nice Project, can you also made a video on how a computer connected to Engine like you connect your laptop with engine, it is really confusing
Your o2 is supposed to go after your turbo
Please test the top speed
Hey can u make detail video on turbo i also want to install turbo on my yamaha alpha Cygnus and it's possible can u tell me
Cool I'd add a plenum as it makes a huge difference on singles but I dont have a 155cc bike in the 6s or anything😂
What ECU did you use ?😃
Is this a Twin, as you can't turbo a single cylinder?

Yeah, it's the same for automotive carbs as well. But those are also coupled with specially programmed and tuned ECMs and ECUs sooo, yeah. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
You realize he is using electronic fuel injection?
Single cyl motor cant spin the turbo. Exhaust pulses are too short and week to keep it spinning in between.
I think this engine is bigger than 125cc, 150-160cc maybe?
Where’s u get the o2 sensor and what software is that ?
The neighbour Will love u more
You should
Try doing a quad 🙏🏼
That’ engine gonna need a rebuild in a few hours 😂 they only can withstand soo much air pressure with a turbo
Eyy its sounds like a lawnmower but its faster, I see you were afraid to gas it 😆
🤣🤣 no... what has this man done... his butchered a really cool bike with that turbo upgrade. I gotta say it's pretty funny though.

Buro I put a turbo on the drift l 125
, I want build it but I don't have the turbo it's quit expensive, Almost I can buy another motorcycle. Can you give some links to get one

Lol on the computer app like you didn't see it do anything. And its a moped with a turbo connected that decreases the hp

It cant work because it pushes air into the cylinder when the intake valve is closed... You need several cylinders for it to work properly.
Why do 4 cylinder engines come with turbos then
@@marshallkok5267 you dont know what several means?
it also pushes air into the cylinder when the intake valve is open.
When the only thing spinning the compressor is momentum as the exhaust is closed.
